These terms and conditions apply to the Win A 4-Night Dubai Holiday For Two competition (“The Competition”) run by Travcorp Holdings Ltd, and is operated via Destination2.ie.

By claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.

The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Travcorp Holdings Ltd and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Travcorp Holdings Ltd Terms & Conditions:

Travcorp Holdings Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time. To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 10/01/2026 and closes at 23.59 31/03/2026. Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the competition information. The Competition is open to Destination2.ie only with multiple methods of entry.

The method of entry “Book a holiday” describes the action of booking a package holiday with Destination2.ie and not the date of the holiday itself. This method is worth one entry into the prize draw. This entry method offers the same chance of winning as the free newsletter sign-up entry.

The method of entry “Enter Your Email Address”, describes the action of subscribing to our emails by entering your email into one of our competition sign-up forms on the Destination2.ie website. This method of entry is only available to new subscribers. This method is worth one entry into the prize draw.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Prizes:

1. The Prize: There is only one winner who will receive a 4-night trip to Dubai for up to 2. The prize consists of return flights from Dublin and five-star hotel accommodation at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites. The return airline tickets are between Dublin, Ireland and Dubai. Please note, this prize is subject to space availability and is available only on dates from 01/05/2026 to 30/09/2026 – blackout dates apply and will be advised when booking the prize. Black-out dates are, however, subject to change without prior notice, therefore we recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

2. The Competition opens at 00.01 10/01/2026 and closes at 23.59 31/03/2026.

3. The winner will be selected at random and contacted before 14/04/2026. Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of notification and have booked by 01/05/2026 or the prize will be void and a new winner selected. The winner, whose prize has been forfeited, is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.

4. By entering the competition via “enter your email address”, you give Destination2.ie permission to use your entry for marketing purposes.

5. No alternative prize is available.

6. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or extended, must be taken between 01/05/2026 and 30/09/2026, and may not be taken during hotel blackout and promotion periods.

7. The winner must be one of the persons travelling on the holiday and this prize is non-transferable.

8. Destination2 retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

9. Lead traveller must be aged 18 or above. The winner and the winner’s travel companions must travel together and all components of the prize must be taken together.

10. The prize does not include domestic transfers, travel insurance, spending monies or incidental costs (such as additional meals, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, internet, faxes, and personal purchases) other than those stated.

11. The prize does not include any Local Tourist Tax which must be paid locally by the prize winner.

12. The winner is responsible for theirs and his/her travel companions having valid passports/visas/fit to fly certificates/covid documentation prior to travel. We cannot be held responsible for refused admission to the destination. We strongly recommend that you check details in your entry permits/visas against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

13. The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Travcorp Holdings Ltd, its associated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

14. The winner will be picked at random.

15. The winner’s name will be available on request.

16. No purchase is necessary to win. One entry is available per person. Purchasing a holiday does not increase the chances of winning.

17. Employees of Travcorp Holdings Ltd and associated group companies are excluded from participation in this competition.

18. Travcorp Holding Ltd’s decision on the winner is final.

19. Travcorp Holding Ltd reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and may stage another competition in its place.

20. Travcorp Holding Ltd will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize

21. Destination2 shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, pandemic, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

22. By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

23.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Irish law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights applicable in Northern Ireland.

Data Protection and Publicity

Travcorp Holdings Ltd (Destination2) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s name, email address, image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
