Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The property is very clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast had a good variety and was well prepared. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Special thanks to Mr. Shan for arranging an early check-in it made our arrival so much more comfortable. Also, Miss Pla at the reception was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.

We recently stayed here for a week, the hospitality is really good, overall treatment of the staff members is very much pleasing. The location of this stay is nothing but perfect, very convenient, hardly a 5mins walk to the beach and a nearby location to many other preferred outings like Walking Street, Soi 6 etc. Apart from the goodness of the Hotel and it's staff, the best part of our stay was the Tours and Travel arrangement section present at the Hotel. It is by far the best service I have ever taken until now. It is being managed by Nova Tours and Transport company and their staffs who are placed here in this hotel are really the best ones, especially Fern. I thank her for planning my whole Pattaya tour and all the activities I could do there. She was my one stop enquiry for each and every activity I did there. She helped me plan all my activities for 5 days and her suggestions to go Island Hopping on the ONCE Yachting will be one of the best memories on my lifetime. She suggested to go for Water Activities done at Hardtien beach, which is one of the less travelled and calm place to visit and relax around. The places she suggested are really good, and the arrangements she makes for us Tourists really made our life easy, they go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and taken care properly. For every activity she arranged for us, came with the pick-up from the hotel and dropping back to the hotel. All we needed to do was to get ready on time and take care of our food for the day, everything else would be just arranged without any worry. Thanks to Fern from Nova Tours and Transport, my Thailand visit was a memorable one and very comfortable. I would recommend her and this agency / company to each and every friends and family member of mine.

Our experience started with a slight hiccup—a bumpy transfer due to some miscommunication from our agent's side—but I am pleased to say that everything that followed was absolutely wonderful. The staff here quickly turned the small negative into a overwhelmingly positive experience. I would definitely like to give special recognition to a few team members who were extremely helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. Ms. Earn, Ms. Pla, and Mr. Three consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I must also acknowledge the professionalism of the Hotel Manager, Mr. Shan, who ensured everything ran smoothly. A special mention for Ms. Earn, who always welcomed us with the most beautiful and genuine smile—it truly brightened our day! Beyond the exceptional team, the hotel delivered great service on all fronts. The food was good, and the general service was prompt and efficient. Despite the initial travel confusion, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made this a perfect vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we look forward to staying here again.

I recently stayed here for a few nights and was super pleased with the courteousness of the staff and the overall efficiency. The rooms are clean and the staff is always attentive to any of your needs. Great hospitality! Special thanks to Nova tours and transport for arranging my airport transfer on short notice, even charging me lesser than every option available in the market. My third consecutive years staying with them for the annual firework festival. ⭐️Service here was tip top and still improving year by year from kitchen/restaurant to especially front desk. Staff retention were good since i get to see familiar faces every time i’m back. ⭐️Had the honor to see the manager making rounds in the morning around public area and a courtesy joke with us in the gym. Rooms are clean and able to tell that updates are done in the room. 🫥Suggestions are for air con system and lighting in the room. Lighting makes the room look tired.
