The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The swimming pools are excellent, and the food was good, although it became a bit repetitive after a few days. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The only downsides were the cocktails, which did not taste very good, and the housekeeping service. The rooms were not always cleaned thoroughly, and the overall standard of housekeeping could be improved.

We had an unforgettable holiday at AluaSoul. The staff set the tone from the start — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We booked a massage package, which was exceptional and paired perfectly with the Turkish bath and spa experience. Both are must‑tries for anyone staying here. We were celebrating two special occasions: our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. The hotel surprised us with complimentary champagne, making both moments even more special. Thoughtful service like this is what sets AluaSoul apart. We’ll definitely return.

Rooms spaceious and cleaned daily , Staff friendly, Pool areas need cleaning maintenance as I stayed here a week and not seen one pool cleaner , the pools have slime and grime around the pool , looks un hygienic! Entertainment good different acts at Night, Great location with everything right outside your door , shops, bars, restaurants and Clean beach.

A last minute decision to come to this hotel and we couldn’t have made a better choice for the circumstances. A lovely hotel with great staff and choices of food. Entertainment wasn’t too bad either but plenty of other things to do if you like to go see the local sites. A great stay and would definitely come back.

Lovely rooms and a nice hotel. Air con did not work in all 3 rooms our group occupied. A folder or leaflet in the rooms explaining what is on offer at the hotel and local area would have been nice. The staff are lovely and helpful. Great location
