We had a wonderful stay at AluaSoul Sunny Beach. The staff were friendly and always made us feel welcome. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The food was tasty, with a good variety of options each day. Our room was also cleaned every day and was kept spotless throughout our stay, which made our experience even more comfortable. Overall, we had a great holiday and would happily recommend AluaSoul Sunny Beach.

Enjoying a fab holiday. Great hotel and food is plentiful with lots of options. Bed is comfy and rooms are big. Bathrooms are luxurious. Staff are very nice especially in spa (Marina, Gleb, Liza and Polina) where we had a relaxing massage. Also there is a jacuzzi, sauna & steam room which is free to use. Own nightclub which has various singers etc.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location. Everything you need for a chill, relaxing holiday. Lovely pool, literally on the beach. Good choice of quality food, literally nothing to complain about. I would not bother with the Asian Restaurant better food in restaurant. Short walk to shops and beach bars.

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The swimming pools are excellent, and the food was good, although it became a bit repetitive after a few days. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The only downsides were the cocktails, which did not taste very good, and the housekeeping service. The rooms were not always cleaned thoroughly, and the overall standard of housekeeping could be improved.

A last minute decision to come to this hotel and we couldn’t have made a better choice for the circumstances. A lovely hotel with great staff and choices of food. Entertainment wasn’t too bad either but plenty of other things to do if you like to go see the local sites. A great stay and would definitely come back.
