We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hoi An. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the Ancient Town, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a lovely swimming pool, and excellent restaurants where we enjoyed several delicious meals. What made our stay truly special, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We would especially like to thank the team at the hotel entrance. Although they greeted us with a smile every single time we left or returned to the hotel. They were always kind, attentive, and happy to recommend attractions and activities, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a lasting impression on us and turned a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Anantara Hoi An and would be delighted to stay here again.

We’ve just got back from our second stay at Anatara, we stayed there in March and again in May. We absolutely love it there. The staff cannot do enough for you, from the amazing housekeeping staff to the gorgeous ladies on reception (shout out to Ly, a lovely soul)! The front of house boys who always take the time to chat to you - shout out to Minh! He remembered us from last time and was so happy to see us again. The spa ladies are amazing and I had a gorgeous hair therapy treatment which was stunning. The staff at breakfast are amazing and we also ate at art space which is attached to the hotel and a huge shout out to the manager Le - amazing lady. The location is perfect, a short drive or walk into the old town. The rooms are perfect and the pool area and bar staff are just lovely. Honestly if you are staying in Hoi An, I would recommend the Anatara over & over again. We are already planning on coming back again in July! Rebecca & Adam xx

We had an amazing stay at the Anantara Hoi An. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a relaxing time close to the centre of the historic centre, away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. Great facilities, great rooms, great food and even better service from all the staff. My wife had arranged a private dinner on our final night which was first class. Lovely setting by the water with super food and lovely ambience. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hoi An Resort. Even though our flight was heavily delayed, everything during check-in went perfectly smooth. Every single team member we met was extremely friendly and attentive, from check-in to breakfast, the spa, and the pool bar. The resort itself is beautifully designed, very peaceful, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, which made us feel at home right away. We truly wish we had more time in Hoi An, as our stay felt far too short. We would return to Anantara Hoi An without hesitation.

Hotel grounds are beautiful, rooms are spacious, and the service is wonderful! The frontline staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, were accommodating & helpful throughout our stay :)) Would like to give a special mention to Phuong at the concierge. He was exceptionally helpful, assisting us in coordinating a last minute order and delivery of souvenirs to our hotel. We were unable to leave the hotel to purchase the items ourselves, due to my husband falling ill. Thankfully Phuong jumped into action, calling & arranging with the wine shop & delivery rider - even bringing him personally up to our rooms so I could care for my partner while collecting the items :-) Grateful for his help! Big thank you to the team for making our time in Hoi An a most enjoyable one x
