I recently stayed in atlas hotel and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were tidy, the facilities were great, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. One of the best parts of my stay was the excellent customer service, especially from the receptionist, Yunis. He was extremely professional, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. He always greeted guests with a smile, answered questions patiently, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His friendly attitude and helpfulness truly made the experience even better and left a very positive impression. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. Great hospitality, comfortable stay, and outstanding service from Yunis and the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers great value for money with a sober and elegant interior design that feels very calming. Being an Indian traveler, I was impressed by the vegetarian food options; they have a great variety and the flavors truly resemble Indian taste. The staff is quite helpful and courteous. A special mention to Taleh, who helped us change our room at midnight when we were feeling too hot. His quick assistance made our stay much more comfortable. Highly recommended!

The staff is courteous, sweet but language problem is a great issue. Even at times they don't know English. About food quality in the breakfast menu is very less for vegetarians otherwise their paid menu in vegetarians is good. They need to know more about how to make chapatis. Overall experience is good.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlas in Baku. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also really good with great taste and variety. One small suggestion — it would be even better if the hotel could ensure separate cooking arrangements for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, as this would be more convenient for guests with specific preferences. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Atlas to anyone visiting Baku!
