I had an amazing stay at Atlas Hotel, Baku. The service is truly exceptional — every staff member is humble, cooperative, and always ready to help. The reception team especially deserves appreciation for their professionalism and warm attitude. A very special thanks to Ilkar, who checked us in smoothly and guided us with great hospitality. He was extremely kind and made sure we felt welcomed from the very first moment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel facilities were excellent. Everything from housekeeping to room service was handled perfectly. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend Atlas Hotel Baku to anyone visiting the city. Great service, friendly staff, and a wonderful experience! 🏨✨

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlas in Baku. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also really good with great taste and variety. One small suggestion — it would be even better if the hotel could ensure separate cooking arrangements for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, as this would be more convenient for guests with specific preferences. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Atlas to anyone visiting Baku!

My stay at Hotel Atlas, Baku was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and even after informing the management, no help or solution was provided. To make things worse, we also found a big spider in the room, which made the situation unbearable.There was no health faucet in the bathroom, which caused great inconvenience. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful — they showed no concern or professionalism when we raised our complaints. For the price and reputation this hotel claims to have, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would strongly warn others against booking this hotel unless these serious hygiene and service issues are properly fixed.
