Great hotel! Very friendly, attentive staff (from the concierge to the reception, the employees in the breakfast area to the cleaning staff). Comfortable room with balcony, large bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and bathtub. Hotel grounds with pool very well maintained, access to the sandy beach. Breakfast buffet varied, good selection, and fresh food. We'd love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Bayview Beach Resort in Batu Ferringhi, Penang. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location, spacious rooms, a relaxing pool area, and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were generally warm, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Many guests also praised the hotel’s friendly service and comfortable environment. A special appreciation goes to the reception staff, Bawani. She was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Her patience, kind attitude, and excellent customer service made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. She handled guests with a genuine smile and made us feel comfortable and valued. Staff like Bawani truly make a difference and are one of the reasons guests would love to return again. Bayview Beach Resort was the perfect sweet escape away from the chaos of the city. We loved the scenic mountain view, easy beach access, and peaceful romantic getaway vibe. The room was spacious, and the balcony had such a sick scenic view. Definitely a value-for-money stay in Penang.

I've gained a very good experience with Bayview beach resort batu ferringhi. The service is good and helpful. The pool is huge and there are kid's section with slides and stuff. The location is exactly beside the beach and we can walk through the pool to get to the beach bay. There were also fire shows at the sea during nights. However there are extreme traffic infront of the hotel entrance due to stalls alongside the road. So if you want to go out, preferably early morning or can just walk if want to explore nearby.. there are variety of restaurants in front of hotel and many others also walking.

Stayed with family 5D4N over the New Year's in a family suite. As the partial sea view suite was unavailable, we were upgraded to the sea view suite. Odd, though, that the master bedroom had the hill view while the kid's room got the pool and sea view! The rooms are spacious and clean, even if the age of the establishment shows. But everything (water, air-con, lights) works well and that is what matters. We were all very comfortable. Buffet breakfast is great and the portions of a la carte dining (we ate poolside and at the restaurant) are huge as well as delicious. There is a 4m deep end to the pool which is interesting. Otherwise, the pool is good and there is an expansive lawn for deckchairs. Some may want to (and some did!) bring their own picnic mat for when chairs run out. There are ample water coolers around so do bring your own water bottle. The gym is non-airconditioned and rather run-down but it served my treadmill and weight-training needs in very breezy conditions. The hotel is at one end of the beach strip but one can easily walk out to various spots for eating massages and some shopping. Daughter sprained her foot on Day 3 and they loaned her a wheelchair to use within the hotel. Overall, a very relaxing stay!
