We cannot say enough wonderful things about our amazing butlers, Romario and Mikada, at Beaches Turks & Caicos! They truly went above and beyond to make our family vacation unforgettable. From making dinner reservations for us every evening to taking care of all the little details, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of our needs. Whether it was something as simple as getting us laundry detergent or making sure everything was taken care of, they made our stay feel effortless and extra special. One of the sweetest moments was when they remembered that our son hadn’t gotten the chance to meet Oscar, his favorite Sesame Street character. Without us even having to ask, they arranged for Oscar to come to our room for a special visit! It was such a thoughtful surprise and a memory we will cherish forever. It’s those personal touches that truly set Romario and Mikada apart. They genuinely cared about making our experience special, especially for our children. We are so grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend them enough! They made an already incredible vacation even more memorable. If you’re staying at Beaches Turks & Caicos, you would be so lucky to have these two taking care of your family!

First start with the good, the staff at the restaurants, tours, and throughout the resort were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful—our experience with the concierge service was the complete opposite. The concierge service was the biggest disappointment of our trip. It was essentially non-existent. The reservation system heavily favors Saturday arrivals, leaving very few dining reservations for families arriving later in the week. Our concierge managed to secure exactly one reservation (pic below shows how much they worked for it); we had to spend the rest of our vacation constantly checking and fighting for openings ourselves. For the amount of money spent on this vacation and being 5 stars, that's simply unacceptable. The airport transportation was another major frustration. We waited nearly an hour for a taxi while watching other resort guests leave ahead of us. The shuttle and taxi system clearly needs improvement. Beaches has an amazing location and is paradise the bar and restaurant staff were great, but the concierge and transportation systems need serious attention. Do better!

From the delicious food to the beautiful atmosphere and exceptional customer service, everything made for a truly memorable evening. I would especially like to recognize Terry Gay, our outstanding hostess, for her professionalism, patience, warm hospitality, and exceptional communication skills. Terry took the time to explain the menu items thoroughly, answered questions with kindness, and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my dining experience. Her attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were simply outstanding. Terry truly understands the meaning of five-star cust omer service! I had the pleasure of dining outside, enjoying a delicious meal while watching the evening entertainment with my nephew. The combination of wonderful food, a beautiful outdoor setting, and Terry's exceptional hospitality made the evening even more special. Terry Gay is a shining example of hospitality excellence! She doesn't just provide customer service—she creates an unforgettable guest experience. Her professionalism, patience, and welcoming personality are tremendous assets to Le Petit Château and the entire resort. Thank you, Terry, for going above and beyond to make my evening so enjoyable. My friends and I just spent 7 nights at Beaches Turks and Caicos. We had such a great experience. The resort was beautiful and expansive. The staff were so polite and helpful. There were so many restaurants, bars and snack bars to eat. I took advantage of lots of activities which were included. I played group volleyball, mini golf and I got one on one lessons in tennis and pickleball. The activity instructors were so patient and sessions were really fun. I seriously could’ve stayed for another week at this resort without being bored. I definitely will be returning. There were a few staff that really stood out and made our stay feel extra special that I think are worth mentioning: Patrice, Renee from Pinta, Orville, my instructors, Oryan and Javaughn and so many more that I wish I remembered all their names. Love to everyone at Beaches Turks and Caicos that helped make our trip so memorable 🩵 🇹🇨

We had a great girls trip to Beaches!! The entertainment crew (especially Kenton and Damien) were fabulous! They definitely brought the fun! Our butlers, Majorie and Ceomar were the BEST! Definitely more of a family resort but we still had the best time!
