From the moment we met her, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Even when she was busy, she took the time to check on us, remember our preferences, and make us feel like valued guests. Exceptional service like hers is what sets Beaches apart. We were lucky enough to get reservations for Butch’s Chop House for dinner and had the most amazing experience that we came back the following morning for breakfast. Besides the establishment being beautiful, having AC and the most delicious food, we had top tier service with Kaiden. We ordered the surf and turf and ribeye meals and every dessert. The food was cooked perfectly and we left no crumbs. Kaiden was professional and attentive and fun! We loved her and our experience so much we came back the following morning and sat at the same table to get her again. Our experience at breakfast was as exceptional as it was at dinner! I highly recommend coming to Butch’s and if you have the chance to get Kaiden, don’t miss out on it.

After a 5 night / 6 day vacation my takeaway from Beaches is that it’s a nice resort but is overall an inconsistent, disorganized, and mid experience for the price and expectation. Pro’s: - Rooms were well sized and regularly cleaned. - Water activities including Scuba being included was a great plus. - The beach is very accessible and relatively safe for children. - Lots of variety of activities. You shouldn’t have an excuse to be bored. Con’s: -Everything was very inconsistent. Employees varied from bend-over-backward to downright surly. Scheduled service items were incorrect and not updated (the resort relies heavily on paper that they don’t update). We had a dining reservation for 12 “booked” by a concierge completely missing from the restaurant record. -Dining varied from excellent (Sky, Bearfoot) to inedible (Bobby Dee’s), and service times varied from 15mins to an hour. Finding something as simple and specific as pizza or fruit could be challenging if you weren’t at the right restaurant at the right time. We were happy to have gone, but left underwhelmed for the price of the experience. Unsure that we would return to this property again.

First start with the good, the staff at the restaurants, tours, and throughout the resort were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful—our experience with the concierge service was the complete opposite. The concierge service was the biggest disappointment of our trip. It was essentially non-existent. The reservation system heavily favors Saturday arrivals, leaving very few dining reservations for families arriving later in the week. Our concierge managed to secure exactly one reservation (pic below shows how much they worked for it); we had to spend the rest of our vacation constantly checking and fighting for openings ourselves. For the amount of money spent on this vacation and being 5 stars, that's simply unacceptable. The airport transportation was another major frustration. We waited nearly an hour for a taxi while watching other resort guests leave ahead of us. The shuttle and taxi system clearly needs improvement. Beaches has an amazing location and is paradise the bar and restaurant staff were great, but the concierge and transportation systems need serious attention. Do better!

We had a wonderful time during our second stay at Beaches Turks and Caicos. We loved the Italian village, had great food and treats and went snorkeling. A couple of highlights were when my son played soccer with Damion and A.J. (They were terrific!!), and the fire show on our last night was so much fun (plus dinner at Butch’s was great too!). My son especially loved jumping in the pool at the end of the show. Highly recommend Beaches Turks and Caicos! Hope to come back!
