Advertised as adults only. There were children there apparently a problem with a sister hotel. We did get the feeling it was normal. Restaurant is crowded & there's a bit of a battle for the puddings. Food is good 👍 you just have to to time it right.rooms are small and dated & balconies are very small. It was a cheap break and for the money it was fine. All inclusive package doesn't mean you can have a drink when you want. It's limited to 3 with lunch & 3 with evening meal

Do not expect luxury staying in this hotel it is cheap for a reason. I should’ve read the reviews before booking, looking at the photos wasn’t enough. Postives about the hotel Great spot. Near the airport only 10 -15 min drive. Buses are nearby. Shops, reataurants and bars are nearby There is a sky bar above the hotel but for hotel members get 10% off drinks Pool above the hotel Pool below the hotel limited sun lounges Large area for the room Pretty clean service was daily Had a balcony the view wasn’t that fantastic Negatives -No parking if you have a rental car. Hard access to parking. the food was bland and at times not fresh. The drinks are wine and beer so those who dont drink those drinks. when showering the floor was constantly wet thin walls meaning you could hear EVERYTHING , very noisy no peace and quiet. Towels had holes in them at times they were dirty. Long longgg queques for the food . Only certain times food was served personally the bed wasn’t that comfortable. It was quite cold to sleep at night but the comforters helped No air conditioning Beds were separated had to push the beds together but not a major issue

Very bad hotel, ​Horrible doors, you can hear everything in the corridors and light comes through the door gap. It made sleeping impossible. ​The food was also bad and there were huge queues to eat. The hotel is not equipped to handle so many people. Dirty plates and glasses. ​It doesn't have a lobby to welcome people. ​They don't serve cocktail drinks, they only serve three types, and I never drank them because they were so bad (wine and beer). ​The rooms were very poorly cleaned. Lack of hygiene in general. The ONLY thing good is tue location

Initially I was skeptical cos of low reviews but decided to give it a try. It’s not that type of all inclusive where you have snacks through the day and unlimited drinks. There is defined time for every meal and limit to 3 beers or wines per lunch/dinner. Which tbh was listed in the hotel’s description so it wasn’t a surprise for us. But if you’re planning to spend most of the time on the beach - honestly, you don’t need more at the hotel. Super friendly staff, room is cleaned daily, sea in 5 min walk. I also saw the reviews saying that tourist tax was asked to be payed in cash. Maybe it was an issue in the past but in 2025 we were able to pay it by card at the reception desk. Overall they met my expectations with an extra mile. Perfect value for money.

I honestly don't understand why there are such bad reviews about the hotel. I was there 2 years ago and this year in June. I didn't find anything negative. Excellent service, very nice people work there, ready to help and provide super service. The food is always delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, the location is perfect. No children, only adults, although sometimes drunk people. But this atmosphere suited my type of vacation. The price for the hotel is too cheap, they deserve high ratings!
