The area around the hotel isnt the most pleasant. The people working at the hotel were genuinely lovely and I really feel for them because some of the guests were horrible. There were many rude remarks and overly close guests that made us very uncomfortable and somewhat ruined our stay. The food was miss or miss, it was all the same texture with the same taste and left us both feeling ill after 4 days of it. Unlimited drinks is only soft and hot drinks, there are no mocktails or cocktails involved in the price. I understand local law means you are limited on the amount of alcohol you can be served but the fact there were no nonalcoholic drinks that required any effort was disappointing. All inclusive is a lie, food is only at certain times and outside of that you can only get sandwiches and pastry's, both of which are mediocre and you have to ask for. Advertised as adults only, which was true, but half the adults here were acting like poorly behaved children. Unfortunately if it had been children poorly behaving the parents would've intervened but with adults this wasnt going to happen. "Snacks" on welcoming were cold cuts, apples, and stale bread which after a long journey did not hit the spot. Cups are small so you have to repeatedly go up again and again for drinks. Would not recommend to a friend and will not be returning.

Warning: Theft inside the rooms! Be extremely careful We stayed at this hotel in April last year to explore Mallorca and have a great time—this was strictly a sightseeing trip, not a party holiday. Unfortunately, our stay was completely ruined. During a brief 20-minute breakfast, over €300 in cash was stolen directly from my wallet inside our room. We know for a fact that the money was there: I had just used it the evening before to pay for parking, and right after breakfast, we drove to the north of the island where the money was suddenly missing. When I returned to the room immediately after breakfast, the cleaning lady was just finishing up. She became extremely nervous and visibly shaken when I simply asked her for a small trash bag. To make matters worse, the exact same thing happened to a friend of ours staying one floor below us on the same day. She had the same cleaning lady (who was also seen inside her room)—in her case, "only" €20 was stolen from her purse. It seems like the short window during breakfast is systematically used to go through guests' belongings. This is a massive breach of trust. Because of this theft, we absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. Watch your valuables!

We had a fantastic stay here as the rooms are exceptionally clean with room service every day and lunch was delicious with fresh salad and hot choice too. Evening meal not quite as good but always something you can eat. The reception staff were fabulous friendly and very helpful. We found our room very quiet despite being next to lift and no noise at all during the night. As hotel is right at end of El Arenal no noisy stag/hen parties much more international visitors and locals on very nice shallow beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you hotel staff 🥰🥰🥰🥰. This is a budget hotel up a hill 500 Metres from beach perfect for us

You get what you pay for. Positives; Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Lovely receptionist who booked us in, and the chefs were cheery. Clean room. Close to beach and lots to do in the area. Regular buses to Palma and the airport. Negatives; Food was edible, but not tasty and limited. In particular, the breakfast is disappointing and the tea was the worst I'd ever tasted so I avoided it. Big queues for food, and then crammed in the sardines when eating so it isn't enjoyable No kettle in room, although wouldn't have mattered here as the tea was vile. Hotel is dated, and the smell of lemon cleaner is overpowering which makes it physiologically feel like they are covering up bad smells as I associate that smell with toilets. Pool is tiny, and the snacks during the day looked stale (squashed sandwiches wrapped in cling film and stale pastries). I didn't drink the alcohol as the only choice on the all inclusive light is wine or beer. I don't drink either, but both were cheap and nasty. Single bed, despite being an adult hotel with mainly couples using it. Walls are paper thin - we could hear our neighbour burping and farting every night, all night. Loads of free ranging Cockels nearby, which start crowing at 4am. Nosiey area in general, and with the walls and windows being paper thin, you hear everything. Small handful of staff not helpful - one could understand English and brushed me off when I let him know the Sprite was out - told me I was pouring it wrong. Yet when my (male) partner told him, he changed it straight away. Maybe he was a bit sexist, I don't know? I tired to let a female member of staff know after he was rude, but as lovely as she was she didn't understand English which is understandable that everyone has different languages. Worth the price as it was cheap, but be prepared to eat out unless you enjoy bland food and crowded spaces. The area is lovely, it was a good location to access everything and explore the Island.

The hotel, the staff, the food, bars and pool are excellent. I would recommend to anyone. The Skybar is an excellent place to watch the sun go down with new friends and the hotel is well placed for the beach. Its also 10 minutes from the airport. Which i loved.
