Never usually leave feedback! Location lovely very close to beach! We were all exclusive and didn’t enjoy the meals and sometimes couldn’t get tables. Rooms was basic nothing special no fridge or kettle. Had to cross rd for food and drinks. 2 very small pools could not get sun-beds. Only had fresh towels once in our stay. The worst part was no evening entertainment not even a bit of music. Same bar day and evening with plastic cups and sun-beds still all out around pool and bar there was about 5 tables. The bar man seemed like he didn’t want to be there and wasn’t friendly. To be honest if you’re going here you’re better off not going all exclusive, we ate out every evening and bought drinks out. To be honest we will never go back Sorry 😔

Nice clean hotel, very simple but clean, it was perfect for us as we spent most of the day at the beach as it’s so close or visiting Cala Millor and surrounding area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! It really made our trip. We arrived in the middle of the night and the person at reception was very friendly and even suggested we grab a drink or a snack from the restaurant which we thought was lovely. With the all inclusive, even thought all meals were included it was our choice to mostly eat outside in the evenings as we there were many beautiful restaurants near the beach so we only went to the breakfast buffet and lunch 1x but the food was good and there was plenty of choice. The two pools are clean and very nice and the bar staff was warm and friendly as well! We had the all inclusive and didn’t realise drinks would be included so enjoyed the pool bar, it was a nice surprise!

The actual room is not exactly like the picture, it’s a little bit more run down, however it is a room with a bed, a bathroom and a balcony so it did the job it needed to. Our shower fell off of the wall and when we asked if there was a different room we could be put in they said they were fully booked and to ask again in the morning. We asked again the next day and they said no one had checked out even though people were leaving with suitcases…. They got the shower fixed the following day but the lack of help was disheartening. The buffet and bars were nothing crazy. All clean and lovely staff. Something for everyone but nothing to write home about. The thing that makes this hotel incredible is the entertainment at the BlueSide bar (bar connected to hotel) the staff were all SO helpful and it is incredibly cheap. (Paid 13 euros for 2 cocktails) there was lively entertainment every single night and it was always packed. Service was quick and drinks were lovely. Elena is a great host and is a real asset to the team at BlueSea.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Blue Sea Hotel Cala Millor. Considering the price, it offers excellent value for money. The hotel was clean, the service was very good, and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Antonia in the restaurant. She provided amazing service every day, always with a warm smile, kindness, and a friendly attitude. She really went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and is a real credit to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great-value holiday in Cala Millor, and I would happily stay here again.

We arrived with high hopes for a good hotel, especially because we were expecting decent standards, safety, and comfortable conditions. Unfortunately, I honestly cannot recommend this hotel and I believe it seriously needs to be renovated and its accommodation standards improved. The first issue was the wardrobe. I couldn’t keep any of my clothes inside because of the unpleasant smell, so I had to leave everything on a chair. The beds were another concern — they felt so unstable that we were genuinely worried they might break. The toilet did not flush properly, so we had to use water from the shower to flush it. The bathroom itself was in very poor condition, as you can see from the photos. I could write much more, but honestly, the photos speak for themselves. The fan in our room also did not work properly. We have stayed in many different hotels before, but this experience was a real shock and disappointment for us. And how can a hotel in such hot weather not provide a mini-fridge in the room unless guests pay extra for it? If you advertise an all-inclusive experience, I expect basic comfort to be included. The bar in our accommodation block also closed, meaning that we had to make it to the main hotel in time if we wanted to get drinks. This did not feel like a relaxing holiday at all — for me, it became a source of stress. The same applied to the restaurant. If you didn’t manage to find a table inside, you had to eat outside, where it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There were also issues with our room allocation. We travelled as a couple and specifically requested to be close to our children. We booked 3–4 months in advance, yet our children were placed further away from us. We asked if this could be changed, but nothing was done. We also asked for an iron, but it was never brought to our room. Honestly, I came here to relax and enjoy my holiday, but instead I spent a lot of time feeling stressed and disappointed. And then there is the separate issue around the swimming pool and sun loungers. It was extremely unfair. People would leave their towels on loungers and disappear for long periods while other guests were waiting politely for a place to sit. Even when people complained about this, nothing seemed to be done. There are many other small issues that I could mention, but overall, the experience was far below what we expected. I sincerely hope the management takes these comments seriously and makes significant improvements, because the hotel has a lot of potential, but in its current condition, I cannot recommend it.
