Just got back from a fantastic week in this hotel. We were welcomed late at night with food available, and the bar was still open if we wanted a drink. Reception staff were incredibly helpful throughout the week. I found it chilly at night and requested a blanket which was delivered straight to our room. The food was wonderful, with choices from fish through to meat dishes and plenty for vegetarians as the vegetables were often the tastiest part of my meals. Staff in all parts of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The pool isn't huge but it suited us fine after being on the beach or out walking we had a dip in there to cook down. We loved this hotel. Highly recommended.

Having arrived at 3am I was checked in efficiency and was offered sandwiches and drinks by very polite and accommodating staff member. I initially found the room rather small but very clean with a comfortable double bed.the food was satisfactory with a variety of cooked dishes available with a very good salad and fruit bar. Breakfast consisted of a variety of cooked offerings and cold dishes. The restaurant offers Mediterranean style food, as stated on their official website, so if you like your food presented as regular geometric solids perhaps this hotel isn't for you. All the staff I encountered (bar, reception, restaurant, housekeeping, lifeguard etc) were always polite and happy. I didn't experience any drunkenness or noise during my stay. Bedding changed twice in the week I stayed and towels changed when you place them in the bathtub as the card in the bathroom requests. The one euro deposit on drinking vessels didn't cause me any problems, just give the cup back when finished. Location great with relatively flat walking along the seafront. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Clearly, this hotel does not care about its guests or their comfort. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here if you want to enjoy your vacation. The air conditioning did not work properly at any point during our stay. On the very first night, we reported the issue and asked for a solution. We were basically told, “There is nothing we can do, you’ll have to sleep in the heat.” After a terrible night’s sleep, we spoke with the manager the next day. When I politely requested a refund or even a partial refund due to the inconvenience, he literally laughed in my face. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel before. The manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel small for simply asking for a reasonable solution. After that interaction, I chose not to complain again and endured the lack of air conditioning for the rest of the week because I did not want to deal with him anymore. The only positive aspects of this hotel were that the food was decent and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The worst part of this experience was not even the broken air conditioning, it was the way management handled the situation. Problems can happen at any hotel, but treating guests with disrespect and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

People complain about the food. I paid 230 pounds for 4 nights here. 2 people all you can drink and three meals a day. Now I wasn't expecting much but I was literally wondering what on earth people had to complain about. Good variety, rice, fish, stews, chicken, pork, breakfast had everything you'd want or need, all tasty, they have pastries cereals full English toast etc. There was nothing to complain about. I think people are just too picky to be honest. I sat next to a woman who said the rice is bland. Boiled rice. I had to get up because I was sick and tired of people's attitudes. Anyway, the staff are lovely. I locked myself out, the reception gave us another key immediately telling me not to worry, I said I'd pay them for the service, receptionist waved it off don't worry bout it it's fine he said. How kind of him!! The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels changed. There was one socket in our standard room so take a plug with more than one charging slot. You get them off of temu for 1.20. if you need more you can get a little plug that you can attach three of them to for 80p. Spacious, showers are great not to harsh not too light, always hot water. It's very close to the beach as well so you have restaurants and everything you need on the beach front. I couldn't complain about anything. My second time here, I miss it to be honest because you do get attached to the staff when they serve you every day. Planning on going back in a couple of months.
G-Force
This is real value for money, we travelled here as my wife booked through Woucher so it worked out about £166 per night for two - flights, food and drink all inclusive. Had to pay €13 tourist tax on arrival. Transfer to hotel - we got A42 local bus from airport to Cala Millor one way €27 for two instead of taxi apparently €100 to €140 we asked a easyjet guide (one way) . We tried looking at a return transfer to book from home but they wanted £125 (saves you money for an excursion). The walk is about 10 minutes from bus stop in Cala Millor to hotel but that's if you are travelling lite (if you are able bodied enough, physically it is tough if you've a disability) . The food, breakfast, lunch and dinner - (deserts are incredible) is brilliant, massive selection, drinks free from the bar all day except cocktails you have to pay for. The walk on the seafront is exquisite and the October weather is very warm, sea temperature completely bearable, 26-28c I'd say. We could see the sea from our balcony and the view from our balcony was incredible especially the hill tops. The hotel has a squarish swimming pool with deep end and shallow end, this is not heated.
