Our second time in this hotel but this time is much improved from our last. Our room is large and spacious. Housekeeping does a very good job, cleaning it and the electronic indicator we can set to “do not disturb”, or to have our room cleaned is original. Never seen this before! Everything works as expected except the screen on our air conditioning remote control, which displays no information. We have still managed to use it. The reception staff have been helpful answering our questions. They are very polite and Ayten is always smiling and makes us feel welcome. She is a good addition to the hotel.

I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy. Our stay from 16/06/2026–23/06/2026 was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service, lack of communication, and low hospitality standards. The hotel has no lifts, meaning all guests must use stairs, which made carrying luggage difficult and would be especially challenging for elderly guests, families, or anyone with mobility issues. The Wi-Fi barely worked throughout our stay, forcing us to spend extra money on mobile data just to stay connected. Our room also didn’t have a bin anywhere, which is shocking for a hotel. The worst part was the customer service. Staff, particularly some female staff members at the reception, made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We felt they treated white guests with more respect and attention, while we, as Asians, felt ignored and discriminated against. There were also clear communication issues among staff. We were told we could pay for room service at checkout, but the next day multiple staff members came to our door demanding immediate payment. Late checkout was also inconsistently handled our request was instantly denied, while our friends were told to check again later. Housekeeping was poor, with rooms never cleaned properly. On our final day, the hotel’s water supply completely stopped, meaning we couldn’t even use the bathroom before leaving. We were also concerned about safety after another guest told us their room doors had been found open, and staff did nothing when informed. Even at checkout, there was no courtesy or concern about our experience. Overall, this hotel failed in customer service, cleanliness, communication, accessibility, and guest safety. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and deeply unhappy. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Bodrum Beach Resort is an excellent hotel. I highly recommend staying here—you will not regret it. The hotel is located very close to the sea, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food is absolutely delicious with a great variety of choices. Whether you come with your family or with friends, you will have a wonderful and relaxing vacation here. The atmosphere is amazing, and you are sure to create great memories. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.🏖️🇹🇷

We had a fantastic week at the Bodrum Beach Resort during the second week of the Easter holidays. It was clearly out of season, as the pool was out of action for the first day of our holiday, there was no poolside bar at all, and the slides were only turned on, on our last day. However, the hotel is small and lovely, with friendly staff (although they were a little thin on the ground during our out of season stay) The setup with the room is fantastic, with bunk beds in the living rooml kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a large shower room (with a great shower). There was a regular maid service, changing towels, bedding etc. R would probably have been happy to have our trials changed less frequently, but there was no where to hang wet towels once you'd showered; 2-4 hooks in the bathroom would make a works of difference here. Beds were comfy for myself, with good pillows, but my wife did find the mattress a little too hard. The kitchen has a sink, 2 burner hob, microwave, and a good sized fridge (but no freezer section). Rooms have AC in both bedroom and living areas, and ours has a great terrace. Breakfast was a buffet arrangement, with plenty of choice including cereal, breads, cheeses, fruit, deli meat, fresh pancakes, an omelette station, and a rotating range of other hot dishes. Fresh coffee, fruit juices, and Turkish tea are also on offer. The pool area and surrounding patio is great. Really, really good. As the pool was cool due to the time of year and being out of season, it was often empty so it was great to be able to swim in the pool is it it was or own personal pool. When the slides were running on our last day, our 2 boys loved them (they do have odd operating times though, only running for a couple of hours each day). There's a small children's play area, a pool table, and a foosball table (although this was still wrapped up during our stay). Location-wise, we found this hotel to be great. Plenty of supermarkets nearby in Gumbet, plenty of very good restaurants a 10-15 mins walk away. The hotel is well placed for a stroll into Bodrum and the marina (a nice walk, and the marina, playground etc in that area are lovely). We would highly recommend the hotel, and we would stay here again. Thank you Bodrum Beach Resort, for a lovely holiday!

Great hotel, lovely receptionist Ayten, very helpful and kind. Great room , room 1323 was fabulous, views were amazing. Cleaning staff wonderful.we will return
