Tucked away on peaceful Koh Yao Noi, surrounded by the stunning karst islands of Phang Nga Bay, it feels like discovering your own private paradise. The Views — absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to sunrise over the limestone islets from our spacious balcony was simply unforgettable. Calm turquoise waters, lush greenery, and that incredible bay scenery everywhere you look. The Vibe — serene, stylish, and intimate. Beautifully designed with a relaxed, elegant coastal feel. It’s peaceful here — no crowds, just gentle breezes and the sound of waves. The pool area overlooking the bay? Perfect spot for sunset cocktails! The Team — genuinely wonderful. Warm, thoughtful service that feels personal yet unobtrusive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped off the speedboat. Food & Experience — delicious breakfasts, great dining options, and lovely little excursions like kayaking or visiting nearby hidden coves. It’s the perfect base to explore the island or simply do absolutely nothing at all. If you’re craving a slower pace, genuine relaxation, and stunning natural beauty without the crowds — this place is it. We left feeling completely restored and already counting down the days until we return.

We originally booked two nights at Cape Kudu Hotel, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay to four because we simply didn't want to leave. ​The absolute highlight was the dedicated staff and management. Their warm, personal approach made us feel truly cared for, with managers regularly chatting with guests to ensure everything was perfect. A special thank you to the pool and bar team, who took such great care of us and made every afternoon so enjoyable! ​Our pool villa was spacious and comfortable. The private pool was shaded and a bit too cold for us to use, but the main pool more than compensated—it's stunning, with breathtaking beach views, and the daily poolside happy hour was great. ​We were also pleasantly surprised by the variety of complimentary activities offered, especially an amazing cocktail and wine evening the hotel hosted with snacks and a fantastic atmosphere. The location is very convenient as well, with several excellent restaurants just an easy walk away. ​We cannot recommend Cape Kudu enough and will definitely return!

A true paradise! We stayed here for 5 nights and we were truly SO sad to be leaving!! The rooms are very spacious, new and sparkling clean, the pool incredible with the most gorgeous view, the breakfast and meals oh my god, the hotel organises free activities such as cocktail night and yoga mornings which are also amazing, and the hotel spa is also 10/10. What a place!! But what truly made our stay here the best experience we have had was the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive but Jenny deserves a big shout out. My partner mentioned to her in passing that I had recently completed my Doctorate and she made sure to send a lovely cake, champagne and card to our room. That was so sweet and touching, thank you so so much. We also got engaged on one of the boat tours recommended by Jenny and when we told her, she was sooo excited and she made us a handwritten note to congratulate us (which is going into our memory box) but also took a Polaroid of us during check out for our memory box too! Jenny, you made us feel so appreciated, celebrated and welcomed!! Thank you for everything, we will be back very very soon!!!!

A return to beautiful Koh Yao Noi after 18 years! I was so relieved that the island hadn’t been destroyed by over development and tourism and had retained all its charm. Everything about Cape Kudu Hotel was exceptional, from the welcome, genuine kind hospitality throughout, location, standard of rooms and most amazing food! Thanks especially to Ronnie and Anna for making each of our evening meals so memorable. Yao Noi has always held a special place in my heart and it is now complimented by staying in such a great hotel. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Kudu Hotel with our daughter. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved the pool and the peaceful seaside atmosphere. The thoughtful touches for our daughter made the stay even more special. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone we met, in every part of the hotel, was incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warm service made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay. We would love to come back!
