I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality that made me feel truly valued as a guest. A big and heartfelt thank you to Jamal, the Recreation Manager, whose leadership and passion clearly reflect in the amazing energy of the entire team. Special appreciation also goes to Suzan, Janet, Lighteness, Zabibu, Kudra, and Kassim from the animation team Harun, Federic and all the staff from Bar, you are all incredible! Your enthusiasm, friendliness, and dedication made every day enjoyable and memorable. The entertainment and activities were top-notch, with the fashion show being the absolute highlight — easily the best I’ve ever seen. It was vibrant, well-organized, and full of fun, showing how much effort and creativity the animation team puts into their work. The room was amazing — very spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities and entertainment. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, fun, and exceptional service. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and entertaining stay, and I cannot wait to return again. Thank you all for making my stay so special!

Tb honest, best all-inclusive hotel we've ever stayed. Diversed food choice (fish and pork especially), GREAT bar team. Clean and comfy rooms, big swimming pools. Have I mentioned really well trained BAR TEAM? You tell them your mood, they supply the drink you need, all day long. Thank you guys!

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Staff were extremely nice and professional big thank to Jamal for his amazing guests interaction. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was always available and happy to help with any requests or questions. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room amenities were excellent. I really appreciated the quality of the linens, the well-stocked minibar, the tea and coffee facilities, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, keeping the room fresh and organized. The hotel facilities are truly impressive. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, with both local and international options, all prepared with great care and excellent presentation. Breakfast was a highlight, with a rich selection that catered to all tastes. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Room service was also quick and efficient. The leisure facilities were equally outstanding. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and relaxing, with plenty of seating available. The gym was fully equipped with modern machines and was kept very clean. The spa and wellness area provided a peaceful and refreshing experience, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel’s common areas, including the lobby and lounges, were elegant, comfortable, and inviting. Security was well organized, making me feel safe at all times. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, transportation, and important places. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, outstanding service, and top-quality facilities. It is clear that the management and staff pay great attention to detail and guest satisfaction. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful resort! Everything has been wonderfully renovated with great attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Very lovely & well kept surroundings, modern & well designed resort facilities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but their command of English is very poor. Communication is very basic & can be frustrating at times. The beach is very clean & safe, the the loitering locals can be a handful. Was worth it tho
