What an incredible place! Elix is truly a hidden gem in one of the most breathtaking locations we've ever visited. The views are simply spectacular, and the crystal-clear sea makes you feel like you've found paradise. The buffet was outstanding, with a different theme every evening, so there was always something new and delicious to try. We also loved the live music every night—enjoying a drink while watching the sunset was unforgettable. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They made us feel completely at home—it really is a home away from home. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing holiday. We can't wait to come back!

Elix Marbella in Parga, Greece, has been the best choice we made all summer. The hotel is truly unique. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and offer the most incredible views. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would especially like to highlight Stavroula, who has been an amazing host throughout our stay. She was always so helpful and attentive, but above all, she is a genuinely wonderful person. All of the food has also been absolutely top-notch, thanks to the hotel’s fantastic chef and his team. I also trained several days during our stay with Sotiriadis, who was absolutely brilliant. A true professional and a great person. The girls at the Kids Club were also absolutely lovely. I would especially like to mention Maria and Elia, who spent time with my daughter with so much warmth, care, and love. They were truly wonderful with her. Another highlight is the funicular, which takes you down to the beach, as the hotel is beautifully located on the mountainside. The whole experience has felt like something out of a fairytale. Thank you for everything. We are incredibly grateful for such a wonderful stay!

Exceptional location and beautiful view of the sea. Our maisonette has an amazing L-shaped infinity pool which merges beautifully with the blue of the sea below. From the bed you can watch the beach below which gives an unbeliveable feeling. Staff is always helpful and nice and keep the place clean at all times, twice a day. Very nice food selection for both adults and kids. 5 stars well deserved.

From the moment we arrived, Elix Mar-Bella exceeded our every expectation! Complimentary welcome drinks allowed us to take in the beauty of the coastline from the picturesque lobby before even checking into our room, with its own impeccable view. Of course we spent most of our time at the crown jewel of Karavostasi beach and never skipped a dip in the infinity pool on the way back. Beyond the unparalleled beauty of the beach itself, the wait staff and beach attendants made me feel cared for at every moment. We went for the premium all inclusive for our honeymoon and it was worth every penny. I have no doubt the other boarding options provide just as immaculate an experience, especially with the quality of the buffet restaurant, Saffron. That said, the fine dining restaurants are well worth a reservation - we had our best dinners of the trip at The Pearl and Indigo (make sure to check out Indigo for breakfast as well)! Elix’s convenient text reservation system, and friendly concierge staff, made it easy for us to experience a little taste of everything Elix has to offer. Highly recommend the spa services! Best massages of our lives! Amalia on the housekeeping staff also deserves a special shoutout - she did not skip a luxurious beat. Honestly, everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and created such a welcoming environment that it felt like family. Truly the perfect vacation.

This was our second stay at Elix Mar-Bella. We chose to return because our experience last year set a very high benchmark. While the hotel itself remains beautiful, our overall impression is that the standards have declined. And that makes the difference between a true five-star experience and a very good four-star one. The property is stunning. The views are spectacular, the rooms are tastefully designed, and the food is genuinely very good. The biggest issue we encountered was privacy. Maintenance staff repeatedly slowed down, stopped and stared at us while we were relaxing by our private pool. We reported the issue and shared photo evidence with management. To their credit, they apologised, addressed it with the team and the behaviour stopped. The hotel also feels understaffed. At Indigo, we waited around 30 minutes for our dirty plates to be cleared before dessert could be served. With only three waiters covering a full restaurant, the slow service came as no surprise. This is not a reflection on the staff, who worked incredibly hard, but on management’s staffing decisions. Shared spaces were left completely unmanaged. Although the resort offers dedicated facilities for children, the main pool, jacuzzi and evening bar were routinely taken over by unsupervised children. During meals, videos and games were often played at full volume, while on the reception level children repeatedly rolled heavy brass tables around without any intervention from staff. Parents are responsible for their children, but the hotel is responsible for the guest experience. Housekeeping quality itself was excellent (thank you, Amalia, great job). However, a five-star hotel should consistently provide evening turndown service. Ours only resumed after we specifically asked why it had stopped. Our overall impression is that the management has changed since our previous stay and that the current strategy appears to be focused on cost-cutting. It is difficult to find another explanation for entering peak season without enough staff to provide the level of service the hotel’s occupancy clearly requires. Despite everything, our stay was made considerably more enjoyable by several outstanding members of the team. Eleni at Saffron was exceptional, professional, attentive and remarkably calm despite what often seemed like an overwhelming workload. Amber was always warm, energetic and welcoming. A very special thank you goes to Stavroula, the Customer Retention Manager. She is exceptional with guests, incredibly professional and genuinely invested in resolving issues. A real asset to this hotel. I’m sharing all of this because we know what Elix is capable of. We experienced it last year, and that’s exactly why we came back. It would be a shame to see those standards continue to slip. This is a hotel we genuinely want to return to and confidently recommend to our friends and family. We hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, because Elix has everything it takes to deliver the five-star experience it promises.
