The hotel is ok we had a family room which had a funny smell and the whole room needed updating air con was very old and didn’t work very well it also leaked water. Soft drinks are terrible I’m not expecting genuine coke or Pepsi but this was undrinkable! I ended up buying Coke from the shop and mixing that with my alcohol. The coffee machines only do black coffee if you would like any other type of coffee or hot chocolate you have to pay for it which I’ve never experienced before on an all inclusive holiday. Entertainment for the hotel consisted of two staff who were friendly and done their best but there was not enough going on throughout the day. The hotel has nothing around it you have to take a 20min walk to get to any shops or restaurants. Good bits finally it is right on the beach which is good. The pool is very large and we didn’t have a problem getting sunbeds staff do remove towels if people reserve and bugger off which is good. Food was good had a large selection to suit everyone. Staff are friendly and while we were there staff were constantly maintaining the grounds. If you like cats you will love this hotel loads of them around even met a very friendly stray dog not so good if your not an animal lover but was good for our family. Overall in my opinion this would be a 3* hotel not a 4* as advertised. Would I return probably not just didn’t match up to other holidays I’ve had at the same cost.

Before arriving here I was worried about the mixed reviews..... Some were good others not so. I found this hotel highly satisfactory. Friendly efficient Staff. Great location. Everywhere clean and pristine. Huge choice at the Breakfast Buffet. Large pool. Would recommend.

As someone who works in hospitality and has stayed at many hotels, I can honestly say that we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Hotel has everything you need for a good and relaxing holiday. The beach is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good, there is a great selection of drinks, and the bars offer a large variety of cocktails. The staff were friendly, polite, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, although the furniture was a little older and the mattresses were quite soft. However, this really didn’t bother us or take away from our overall experience. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and I was really touched to find a bottle of wine and a birthday card waiting for me in the room. It was such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the entire complex. We had a great time and would definitely come back! 😍

We travelled as a family of 4( 2 adults, 5 year old and a 15 year old) for 10 nights 14th August-24th August. We had an absolutely amazing holiday. We were in a superior family room 811 which consisted of two rooms in one, a bathroom and a little patio area. It was in the perfect location, close enough to everything but far enough away so that there was not any loud noises. Beds were really comfy and the rooms had all we needed! The food was great, especially breakfast. Iyaman the gentleman who makes pancakes and eggs was fantastic! Best pancakes we have ever had. We all found something to eat every mealtime and found there was plenty of selection. The drinks at the all inclusive were perfect for us. We don't drink so can't comment on the alcohol but soft drinks, juices and mocktails were lovely. The staff can't do enough for you. If you have any issues go to reception and they will do whatever they can to help. I could write so much more about this hotel and the staff but I'd go on for ages. Really is an absolute gem of a hotel in a beautiful locations. Would definitely recommend to anyone. So much so we have already booked to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Eurovillage Achilleas during our family holiday in June (2 adults and 1 child). What we loved most was the beautiful, green setting. The hotel is surrounded by nature, with plenty of space for relaxing walks with a child. The views are stunning and make it easy to unwind. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The food was tasty, with enough variety for all of us to find something we enjoyed every day. The only small downside was that the rooms could use a little refurbishment. However, since we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the hotel and its surroundings, it didn’t affect our holiday at all. Overall, this is a wonderful place for a relaxing family vacation. We returned home with great memories and would happily recommend Eurovillage Achilleas to other families!
