Before arriving here I was worried about the mixed reviews..... Some were good others not so. I found this hotel highly satisfactory. Friendly efficient Staff. Great location. Everywhere clean and pristine. Huge choice at the Breakfast Buffet. Large pool. Would recommend.

The hotel is ok we had a family room which had a funny smell and the whole room needed updating air con was very old and didn’t work very well it also leaked water. Soft drinks are terrible I’m not expecting genuine coke or Pepsi but this was undrinkable! I ended up buying Coke from the shop and mixing that with my alcohol. The coffee machines only do black coffee if you would like any other type of coffee or hot chocolate you have to pay for it which I’ve never experienced before on an all inclusive holiday. Entertainment for the hotel consisted of two staff who were friendly and done their best but there was not enough going on throughout the day. The hotel has nothing around it you have to take a 20min walk to get to any shops or restaurants. Good bits finally it is right on the beach which is good. The pool is very large and we didn’t have a problem getting sunbeds staff do remove towels if people reserve and bugger off which is good. Food was good had a large selection to suit everyone. Staff are friendly and while we were there staff were constantly maintaining the grounds. If you like cats you will love this hotel loads of them around even met a very friendly stray dog not so good if your not an animal lover but was good for our family. Overall in my opinion this would be a 3* hotel not a 4* as advertised. Would I return probably not just didn’t match up to other holidays I’ve had at the same cost.

Our stay here was fantastic. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, they really made our stay memorable.The location is fantastic. The long walks down the beach were great fun and for 30 euros you can rent a car from within the hotel and go explore kos for the day. The food was perfectly acceptable. Fresh choices every day. I did hear some people complaining about it but they don't have pizza and chicken nuggets in Greece 🤷. I would highly recommend and will be returning.

Avoid this hotel. The cleaning staff were loudly arguing outside the rooms, and we THE GUESTS had to ask them to stop. Reception was friendly and helpful, but the rooms are very old and outdated.

The hotel is located right on the Aegean Sea coast, near the town of Mastichari (approximately 1.5 km along the promenade). A quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are in two-story buildings with terraces or balconies. Most have been renovated both inside and out. Beautiful vegetation throughout the property. Numerous paths offer strolls and sunset views. On-site amenities include bars, a main dining room, a large swimming pool, mini golf, a mini amphitheater, a TV room, and a games room (including, for an additional fee, billiards, air hockey, and arcade games). Additional attractions are available for children (mini disco) and adults (concerts, discos). The food is very good and varied, with plenty of vegetables and fruit, although vegetarians may find the main courses lacking. The cakes, cookies, and other sweets are excellent. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and smiling. The hotel beach is not too large, partly sandy, partly rocky. A nicer beach is a bit further along if you head towards Mastichari. It's worth renting a car to explore the island's charming corners on your own. We particularly recommend the natural thermal baths, the hike to the very top of Dikaios from the village of Zia, the peacock forest, and the beaches around the Kefalos peninsula.
