Perfect family vacation with an amazing water park! We had a perfect vacation. We arrived at the beginning of June as a couple with three children (ages 8, 6, and 3.5). The staff was welcoming, efficient, professional, polite, and attentive. The water park was perfect for us since it offers a relatively wide and diverse variety of options. The rooms are standard and the maintenance level is low. The wardrobe only has hanging space, which was less convenient for me, but we managed completely fine. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend it for families!

An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and quintessentially Greek. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a soothing Mediterranean aesthetic, and offered a breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony. The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like welcome guests. Thank you.

The hotel staff — everyone! — are extremely helpful, friendly, and lovely. There are plenty of activities available within the resort complex: a really nice water park right next to the hotel (at no extra charge), horse riding, water sports, paintball, a basketball court, tennis courts with training sessions, and more. There isn’t much to do or see within a short drive outside the resort. You can take a ferry to Zakynthos and spend the day there, either with a car or by booking an organized tour. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely pools, a bar by the pool, and another bar down by the beach. The meals at the hotel are generous and offer plenty of options, but it’s worth making reservations and trying the restaurants at the other hotels within the resort as well, just to have some variety. A beautiful, relaxing, and pampering hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

There is no angle of this hotel which isn’t beautiful! This was our first time in Greece and we were blown away by the beautiful surrounds and the very helpful and friendly staff. We had a wonderful week of eating, swimming and relaxing, what more could you want from a resort. The room was very clean and the housekeepers do a fab job at keeping on top of things. We attended a couple of appointments at the spa for a full body massage and a head and scalp massage. Both treatments were comfortably carried out by Eleni, who was excellent. All of the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, including the waiting staff at the buffet restaurant. There was an abundance of options for breakfast and dinner. Especially salad, which was a hit with us! 😍 All in all, I have no notes! We look forward to making La Riviera a regular holiday destination.

Great food and a beautiful outdoor area. Having dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset is a truly wonderful experience. I also have to praise the hotel staff — everyone was very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated it. The only downside is the condition of some of the rooms, which are showing signs of wear and could use some repairs and the natural-material frame of the mirror in the room had a lot of mold on it."
