Honestly the best vacation experience! From the support with Diana at reception before I even arrived, to the attentive service from Obed, Zu, Diana at the Bali beds, Luis and Lucy at Ciao and Gisell in marketing, it was such a wonderful seamless experience. The food was fantastic, the rooms in the new wing were gorgeous and the beach is the best! Safety is paramount to the staff and they all did a wonderful job to make sure the visitors felt safe when there was a day of unrest. I never felt unsafe, and will go back next year! Tips: go early to the sit down restaurants or prepare to wait (we had no wait when we went for 6, and waited for upwards of an hour if we went past 730) Get a Bali bed for ultimate relaxation Ask for an upgrade to one of the renovated rooms Have the room service lemon pie 😋 Massages on the resort can be pricey, there are folks beside the resort on the beach who offer massages at a fraction of the price

We just returned home from our stay in Room 6045, and I genuinely wanted to write to you. Overall, we had a really lovely experience. When we first arrived, my son unfortunately got sick with what seemed like food poisoning. As a parent, that was very stressful — especially at night in a different country. But your team handled everything so calmly and professionally. The doctor who came was kind and reassuring, and over the next few days the staff helped us with suitable food so he could recover comfortably. That care meant a lot to us. Throughout our stay, the staff were always present and helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself is very clean, and housekeeping did a good job. A little more attention to detail in deep cleaning would make it even better, but overall we were comfortable. We especially loved Chao — it quickly became our favorite. The breakfast options there were excellent and consistent. We did notice that Chao was the main reliable breakfast spot, so it would be great if the same variety and consistency could be offered at the other breakfast venues as well. Frida was nice too, though the menu leaned more toward fish. The only small suggestion would be to improve the all-you-can-eat setup by covering food more carefully, as we noticed flies around at times. That said, our overall experience was positive, and we would definitely consider coming back. Thank you to your team for the warmth and care you showed our family.

This is a nice hotel to vacation at. The service and people are very nice and accommodating. My only issue would be that being that it’s a Hard Rock facility they rarely play hard rock music which I was looking forward to. Most of the music is not what I would call hard rock or even classic rock. Most of the day around the pool is filled with deafening animation crew activities. Before and after that noise it’s NOT rock ambient music around the pools or at the beach. Maybe 5 or 6 modern/classic rock songs per day. Very disappointing! I spent most of the days with my ear buds in listening to rock music instead of the garbage that was playing.

Enjoyed our stay at HRH Vallarta. From the beginning, Ana made sure to welcome us warmly and was very helpful all the way until check out. Luis took care of us well at the bar, remembering our preferences. We also appreciated all the activities hosted by Liberato and guidance at the gym. Unfortunately we were hoping for pilates but this hotel did not offer it. Food was tasty and service was decent. Thank you Fer at Umo for your fantastic service! One negative is it took a long time about 30-45 minutes for food to arrive from kitchen after ordering at most restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed the friendly staff and beautiful resort.

This was the best resort my family and I have ever been to! Every single staff member was so amazing and intentional, everything was so clean and they had new activities every single day. The staff really made this whole trip exceptional, especially Victor from Ciao, Alexander from The Market, Greg from the SunBar, Juan from the beach and Kevin from Entertainment. They gave us advice for our trip and it was clear that they actually took the time and cared beyond their job responsibilities. Having staff that we looked forward to seeing everyday made it feel like home, we didn’t want to leave!! We appreciate all of the staff members behind the scenes that worked tirelessly to ensure that everything is perfect from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep. The food was incredible at every restaurant and made the restaurant feel like luxury, 10/10! I no longer want to risk coming to any other resort, I will only come back to this one because it was so amazing! Thank you to all of the incredible staff going above and beyond, especially Victor, Alexander, Greg, Juan, and Kevin!
