The hotel is excellent, a true five-star experience. All the staff do their best to assist with everything. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the sea view from the windows is unreal. Breakfast is great, but as for the downsides—the pool water is cold, very cold. And while the service staff tries, they won't go the extra mile. We really recommend to visit it. By the way it's the best hotel in Perast no other gets close to it.

The most beautiful hotel in the most stunning resort! The building its self is absolutely beautiful, our room was upgraded on arrival to a stunning suite with a sea view on the second floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the stunning bay of Kotor, room was spacious, with a fridge, iron and the cosmetics in the bathroom, Bvlgari, made it that little bit more special. Cleaned daily and no issues with towels, water replenished too. Considering we were on the "main road" (only locals are allowed to dive their cars through Perast) it was always quiet until, obviously the day started to get going around 9 am we noticed more people out and about but it was never an issue. When you get dropped off at the start of Perast theres a hotel golf buggy waiting to take you to the hotel and are available whenever you need a lift to the end, just ask reception! The staff were amazing from the start, always happy and there to help, with a special shout out to Agustin by the pool, he always took time to talk to us, show us round and answer any questions we had, he was lovely and made our stay! The pool area was a fantastic addition as I am aware no other hotels in Perast (all 1km of it) offer this right on the front into the sea, what an amazing setting! With waiter service right to your sun lounger. Breakfast was ok, adequate, not an amazing selection on the hot buffet but lots of charcuterie style things, pastries, fruits and cereals and there was also an egg menu for you to order from for table service which was all presented beautifully. If I had any negatives to say they would be extremely minor, the price, was a little extravagant BUT it is a stunning hotel in a stunning location with beautifully spacious rooms... and the other would be to have a system to check that the people using the pool deck are actually hotel guests as we had a few people there that were suspected not to be, resulting in actual hotel guests not being able to get a sun lounger. All in all a beautiful stay for my belated birthday celebrations and I would return with no hesitation on my next visit to Montenegro. MUST DO'S... Lovćec mountain, the alpine coaster and Monte 1350 bar, stunning for sunset!! Also Kotor old town, beautiful and get a water taxi to Verige 65, facing the hotel, the most wonderful oysters!!

Beautiful building in a scenic location but missing the basic requirements of a 5 star hotel and not reflective of the room rates. At arrival we were dropped off at the entrance of Perast which is understandable as the road is closed to public access and you have to take a golf buggy down to the hotel. We had to wait quite a while for buggy’s and especially during the heat after travelling with a lot of luggage this is less than ideal. At check in I was informed that the Kamelia deluxe room was not available which I had booked specifically over the basic room. I asked for a breakdown in the comparison between the rooms and it was mentioned “ The Perast Superior rooms are located on the first floor. These rooms do not have a view, as they are facing nearby buildings and houses. The Kamelia Deluxe rooms are located on the higher floors, and the view depends on the specific room location. Some of these rooms have a view of the city, while others look out onto the garden area.” (Directly from their email) I opted to go for the Kamelia deluxe room as I prefer to be on a higher floor which more natural light and a better view. When arriving I was informed my room was not available and I was given a “upgrade” however with a €30 or so difference per night depending on seasonality, it did not justify a upgrade and this was evident from the room. Considering I had specifically enquired about the rooms months in advance and picked the room that fit my requirements best you would assume the hotel would provide my requested room. I asked for my original room at reception as I was not happy with the new room and I was told there were no rooms available and I would have to change rooms mid stay which would have been a inconvenience to anyone. On the way to the room we found out our room was on the first floor, which as mentioned on the superior room which is the basic one is also on the first floor, only difference being there is a small patio but completely removes privacy as all the rooms on that strip had access to the patio so sheets and curtains had to be closed for privacy. Additionally the lift was not working on the first couple of days which meant the room did not have stair free accessibility. The cleaning of the room is also not what you expect of a 5 star hotel. Only fresh towels and making the bed is not acceptable. We ordered coffee to the room on the 2nd and 3rd day and was not removed for the whole trip which would be expected of any 5 star hotel. Also general cleaning and tidying was non existent. Also just the general food and drink offering were basic in both the breakfast and room service. Room service was limited in both variety and timing, especially at times when you would utilise room service due to local restaurants not being available. It was disappointing honestly as the hotel was situated in a beautiful building with wonderful surroundings. The staff were friendly but the attention to detail was not there. We were there with other friends who stayed close by for half the price in much nicer rooms and views and the same service which honestly I would have opted for if I had known the service would have been like this. I only booked as I was expecting 5 star service but did not receive this and neither did my friends staying in the same hotel during the period

I had a wonderful weekend escape at Grand Heritage Perast. From the moment I arrived, every detail reflected elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is exceptional, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience, and the spa provides the perfect setting for relaxation and renewal. The combination of luxury, breathtaking surroundings, and impeccable service made this stay truly memorable. Grand Heritage Perast is a place where you can completely unwind while enjoying the beauty and charm of Perast. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a sophisticated and unforgettable experience.

This was a beautiful hotel stay. We arrived tired from a full day of travel, and Niko was there to help us with our bags to the hotel, which is quite frankly the most beautiful building (c. 18tg century) that has been made modern and luxurious. We were upgraded when welcomed by the kind host at reception, along with our glass of fresh squeezed lemonade and towel. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful partial sea view. They were clean, well designed rooms that felt luxurious. Especially the bathrooms. We had a drink in the hotel restaurant, an espresso martini which was well made and presented, and a lovely glass of Serbian red wine. Breakfast was indulgent, fruits, meats and cheeses appearing as soon as we sat down with a basket of pastry and bread, eggs on the menu any way you want all included. Fresh orange juice and good coffee. The amenities were lovely, a beautiful spa with a large pool, loungers, steam room and sauna. A smaller outdoor pool with a jaw dropping view of the bay. Overall, a wonderful hotel, we wish we had booked a second or even a third night, and will absolutely come back in future.
