The Hilton Imperial is amazing. The staff is exceptional in all areas. We were very well taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel just outside of Old Town is perfect so you can walk back and forth easily. The staff, particularly Martina, made our stay perfect. I had a few requests before we checked in and Martina was always prompt with answers. Once we checked in the service and assistance continued to be 5 star quality. All parts of the building were very clean. The pool, steam room, sauna and gym were well maintained. We used the Executive Lounge each day and it was a great space for a break and a drink. The staff there was also friendly and kept things very clean. It is very easy to recommend the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik to anyone looking for a great location and staff in the Old Town area.

Conveniently located at the bus stop for all tourist attractions. It’s just a short walk into old town. The breakfast buffet was amazing - so much fresh fruit, cooked to order eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, smoothies, pastries - the kitchen and staff outdid themselves! Checkin was quick and informative. Housekeepers worked hard and quick. Turn down service was an unexpected surprise - thank you! The happy hour was quite nice as well. Lots of alcohol options, small fresh salads, cheese/meats, and typically a hot dish of some sort.

This hotel is truly one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic, perfectly located just a short distance from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to the city’s historic charm. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the reception team to management, and even the housekeeping staff, everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their warmth and dedication create a welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely impeccable—everything is maintained to the highest standard. The wellness area is especially noteworthy: spotless, well-organized, and very relaxing. The food and service are simply phenomenal. Every meal is prepared with care, and the overall dining experience exceeds expectations. All in all, this is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, service, location, and quality.

An outstanding hotel on the Adriatic, ideally situated just a short walk from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location strikes a perfect balance between convenience and a relaxing atmosphere. During my stay, I found the entire team to be exceptionally welcoming and professional—from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and genuinely helpful. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. The wellness area is tidy and relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped for a complete workout. Dining was a highlight, with high-quality food and excellent service. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a prime location in Dubrovnik.

I really wish have .5 star :) its a beautiful stay location here. Just steps from the Old Town, which made exploring so easy walk. The hotel itself feels classic and elegant, with that timeless charm I always love. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and gave us the perfect place to reset after long days walking the city. The only lack is that they didn't use the self close toilet lid, so accidentally and constantly slam the lid lol. Service was warm and welcoming, and overall it felt like a very well-run property. Especially if you are into design you will appreciate this hotel. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars some areas feel slightly dated, and seem forgot to upgrade 😅 Still, a solid choice and a stay I truly enjoyed 🤍
