As someone who spends more than 42 nights a year at Hilton properties and has stayed at Hilton hotels in approximately 30 different cities, including across Europe, I can confidently say that this hotel has provided the most exceptional service I have ever experienced at any Hilton property. The level of service, the genuine care and attention of the staff, the outstanding hospitality, and especially the quality of the food are truly second to none. Every detail reflects a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction and excellence. I would like to personally congratulate every single member of the team. Delivering such an extraordinary standard of service while making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued is a remarkable achievement. From its location and exceptional cuisine to its impeccable service and warm hospitality, this hotel deserves my highest recommendation in every possible aspect. They do not simply provide accommodation; they create a truly memorable and exceptional experience. My sincere appreciation and congratulations to the entire team. Without a doubt, one of the finest Hilton experiences I have ever had. evren yardimci

My stay was amazing! I stayed over 6 days and the service was exceptional. I stayed in a supreme King Suite in the main building. The staff was very kind and willing to help me in any way possible. From Orsat, at the concierge, to Danica and Nepal, the 2nd floor cleaning team, made my stay feel like a true vacation. Can’t wait to come back

Absolutely fenomenal hotel in the old money style. Beautiful historical building, great interior, spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious and executive lounge with a great offer. I'd love to be back.

Great Hilton hotel right in the center of Dubrovnik. Amazing location and great views. Good service from the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay here. Would recommend hotel improve lounge and pool/gym facilities to match the five star experience of the rest of the hotel.

Best location in Dubrovnik, just 3 minutes from the old city!! The service is exceptionally well executed. The rooms remain remarkably clean, even when your child creates a mess daily 😅 All staff members are highly welcoming. The executive lounge offers an open bar each day with excellent food. Our room provided one of the finest views of Dubrovnik. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!
