We stayed for one night, and it was definitely the right choice. We booked at the last minute, but everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, including a baby cot. The room was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. We arrived late, so having a view wasn't important to us. In the morning, we realized the room didn't have one, but honestly, it didn't matter at all for such a short stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the hotel's interiors are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of options. The automatic pancake machine was a fun surprise and something we had never seen before! The pool is large, clean, and well maintained, with a bar right next to it, making it a great place to relax. If I ever need to stay in Nicosia again, I would definitely choose this hotel!

We've been staying at the Hilton for over 10 years (both with our family and as employees of the company we work for). The service is always top-notch and the welcome warm. But the hotel pleasantly surprised and delighted us on this May visit – when we lost a very expensive piece of jewelry, it was returned the next day, with all the necessary formalities and procedures observed. Huge thanks to Sadet! This honest, humble hotel employee found the jewelry, even if it wasn't in the room, and returned it! Her honesty and responsibility are astonishing by today's standards. We're especially grateful to Alexandro, Klee, and Irena! Senior Administrator Kleia's words were very touching: "This situation has brought such joy to the team, and we are so happy and believe in each other and work with even greater inspiration." It seemed like everyone at the hotel was genuinely happy for us. We adore the hotel bar and restaurant—for everything, but especially for the wonderful humor and the atmosphere they masterfully create for guests. Thank you to the hotel for being a wonderful example of integrity, honor, and respect! For your faith in people, kindness, and understanding!

Family of 6 from England. We booked executive rooms for us all. On the whole is it was a fantastic experience. The lounge was a great place to sit back and relax with drinks. I think we drank every coke zero they had between us. The breakfast was superb. The service was awesome. BELGIN was amazing with us. She greeted us a with a great smile every morning. Alhumdulilah!!!! We must've ordered 2 hot drinks each between us plus Coke Zero. All our needs was met. The chefs were accommodating to us as we needed strictly halal food and they made an effort to make sure all utensils were cleaned before making our eggs. HOWEVER there was on big negative for my room. I awoke for prayers during the night and there was a big cockroach crawling in my room. This only happened on one occasion and was dealt with well by the hotel. All in all a fantastic trip and would visit again.

The hotel has class , very well maintained! The room is a nice size , clean and maintained! The service is great, the staff is very nice . Belgin was very welcoming with a big smile every morning at the breakfast ! Cons (minor stuff , some may find it not disturbing ) 1. They host events and it gets a bit noisy for like 2 hours almost every evening (at lost during my stay) - you can’t really avoid the noise 2. The pool is cold :( unless your an old person from really cold country you probably not going to enjoy the pool

From start to finish, the attention to detail was spot on—right down to the beautifully crafted latte art poured into the perfect morning coffee, just like the one captured in above.
