This was our second stay at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa, and this time we chose to celebrate my wife’s birthday here. The hotel made the occasion even more memorable with a very thoughtful and personal gesture: a handwritten card, champagne and a cake were waiting for us. It is precisely these small details that make the guest experience feel truly special. The resort itself has exceptional qualities. Every room faces the sea, the wellness area offers beautiful panoramic views, and the private pebble beach is well maintained, pleasant and also ideal for families with young children. The entire property feels spacious, beautifully designed and exceptionally well cared for, while still maintaining a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurants within the hotel are all of a very high standard, each with its own character and offering suitable options for different occasions and preferences. There is plenty to enjoy as a family, while adults can also take advantage of a variety of dedicated activities and experiences. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, helpful and highly professional throughout our stay. The service feels polished yet genuinely warm, which is exactly what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. For us, one of the greatest strengths of Hilton Rijeka is the way it combines elegance and refinement with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. After our second stay, we once again left feeling that this is a place we would be very happy to return to.

We stayed for 1 night as a stop over and had a really good experience. The hotel was quiet, it‘s rather off-season. Our son lived the indoor pool (outside was too cold for us). The breakfast buffet is next leven - very delicious, great options. We had a restful night, the bed was very comfy. We would choose it again!

Definitely not worth the price – huge disappointment This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 5-star rating and is not worth the money. It feels like a venue focused on ripping off guests while providing the lowest possible quality of service. Cons: * Staff & Dining: The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Prices in the restaurant are extremely high, yet the food is very mediocre and repetitive. Serving scrambled eggs made from powder for breakfast in a 5-star hotel is a complete disaster. Furthermore, the chairs in the restaurant were stained. * Room & Terrace: The air conditioning in the room was very loud, making it hard to rest. The terrace had dirty chairs and loose, shaking floor tiles. * Beach & Hidden Costs: The beach loungers are uncomfortable (just cheap stretched mesh). If you want a soft mattress, you are forced to pay an extra 150 Euros in a mandatory package with drinks, which is a total rip-off. Pros: The only positive aspects of this stay were the beautiful view from the hotel and the housekeeping staff, who did a great job keeping the room clean. Conclusion: Avoid this place, a huge letdown.

This is probably the best hotel in this area of Croatia. Amazing staff, great food, great views and lots to do. Perfect place for you and your family to stay on vacation. The beach is perfect for snorkeling or swimming. All the restaurants have top quality food and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! If you are looking to stay here, do it because you won’t regret it!

Spent 2 nights here with my parents at the Family Villa with Sea View. Gorgeous hotel, the food is outstanding at every single restaurant on site. The pizzeria and breakfast are a must try! They also have a beautiful private beach, superbly clean!! Stunning views from every corner of the hotel. The staff is kind and very professional, managers Dean and Andrej are really great. We will definitely be back!
