Location wise is incredible, the beach is clear and relaxing. The only bad thing is the food options, the buffet for dinner I genuinely way too expensive for the quality. The pizzeria is great and the fish restaurant has limited options, but the fishes were ok. Overall great experience and convenient for working remotely

What a beautiful place and location. This was our second stay at Costabella, and the place just gets better and better. From the moment you step into the hotel you feel it is somewhere special. The restaurants are all what you need, form a lovely pizza restaurant with a great atmosphere, great fish restaurant, a wonderful lounge restaurant with a buffet option. Plus a Michelin starred restaurant for that special occasion. The breakfast was out of this world. Everything and more. The staff were so helpful. Too many to mention them all, but a big thanks to Maya at breakfast, Dean, Philip and Suzana (guest relations) so helpful with advice and sorting out tickets. Last but not least Davor the concierge who was a great help when we had an issue with our hire car. The rooms were fantastic with beautiful sea views with rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. Not the cheapest place but for what you get it is good value for money. Overall a very relaxing holiday we great spa options and indoor and outdoor pools. This place caters for everyone. Couples, family's, plus good Business facilities. A first class resort with exceptional staff and facilities.

We loved this hotel, the rooms are wonderful (especially opening and closing button for curtains) and the view breathtaking! Special thanks to Lidija for taking such a nice care of our room :))). The service and staff in general were very polite and helpful. I liked the beach as well and also that it is stroller friendly! The parking has EV chargers and there is ATM at the hotel and option to rent umbrellas which is also useful to know. I would def recommend the hotel and would come back however it would be 5 star for me if it was an all inclusive hotel (if there was that option when booking- meaning if it had dinner included with the stay as well and also parking, which is a bit too much in my opinon …25 euro per day…), enterteinment, etc.. There is a nice walking path for evening walks and gym was nice. All the best!

This Hilton property, located in a beautiful beach front, offers far more than the standard hotel experience — especially for travelers with pets. I would highly recommend it as an ideal destination for guests seeking a truly relaxing vacation with four legs family members . One of the highlights of our stay was how convenient and pet-friendly the villa accommodations were. Walking our dogs was effortless, with a scenic walking trail located just a two-minute walk from the villa. The spacious layout also made a significant difference; both my dogs and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our entire seven-day stay. Another standout feature of this hotel is its exceptional staff. The property employs many Asian team members, whose warm hospitality, attentiveness, and efficiency added a special touch to the overall experience. Their friendliness and prompt service made us feel quietly welcomed from start to finish.

We where probably recorded naked by a weird dude in glasses in the spa and The spa manager didn’t want to call the police, telling obvious lies about what measures the hotel would take and pretending to take notes on what we described had happened. Seemed they where more keen to protect the perpetrator. I guess she thought that it would be inconvenient for the other guest (who recorded people naked) to be investigated by the police. The potential criminal offence itself was quite traumatic. However the handling by the spa manager completely ruined our trip. I have written more about this in my review for the spa. And it doesn’t seem the be the first time people bring recording equipment into that area… We told the guest manager that we did not feel comfortable in the hotel as it was not concerned about the safety or protection of the guests, aswell as that the person that probably recorded us naked where still on site. We where offered dinner for free, but I said that we where not interested. After a while the guest manager came back saying that the price of the stay would be reduced by half, and that we would be refunded 360 euros plus a bit more for other expenses. As it was quite late, the weather was bad and we had had a long day we where tiered and had a long day to drive back home, we decided to stay and leave in the morning. The guest manager said okay and there was nothing more with that. However the next day we where told that we would get no money back as we had stayed the night and because the police investigation was closed, insinuating that we had made the entire thing up. I asked if it made sense to them that we would spend 3-4 hours yesterday talking to staff, spa manager, security staff, call the police, giving a testimony to the police, asking to leave, declining offers of free food and drinks only to stay paying full price (opposite what we asked for) when being offered our money back? He said that yes it made sense to him. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me that nobody wanted to talk to me and that I could either leave or he would call security guards that would take me out. I asked why he would threaten me when I had in my opinion stayed pretty calm, not raising my voice or cursing or making any sort of scene, despite being quite upset both about what had happened yesterday and also about now being defrauded of about 400 euros. But he said it wasn’t a threat it was simply how things where going to do. To note here is that I had previously been offered to speak to the manager by his colleague had I waited a while. And the other colleague also offered me money back for the cost of car parking before leaving but I didn’t get any money back for that either. I never got to talk to any manager, after being threatened with security guards 3 times I went down to my car and drove away. Total scam
