We loved our stay here, and provided a few days of modern spacious amenities. AC strong and cold, which is important for our comfort. The walls are bare in the guest rooms, for a minimal approach but strangely white. Beautiful common areas and lemon orchards. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area during happy hour- but may only be available with specific room reservations. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. Our executive sea view room was huge with a beautiful view / nice balcony if you are on the ocean side. Great location for a hotel, about a 15 minute walk or quick taxi ride. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating.

This was our second stay at this hotel. On the positive side, we found the room to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a garden view room and really enjoyed the private patio and the high ceilings. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast is exceptional. The selection is outstanding, and the views from the breakfast area are absolutely beautiful. There are, however, several areas where the hotel could improve. First, our bathtub had an extremely slow drain—to the point where it essentially didn't drain at all. That is something housekeeping SHOULD have noticed while cleaning the tub (?), but unfortunately it wasn't addressed. Minor maintenance issues happen, but I shouldn't be standing in several inches of water while showering at a hotel charging €550 per night. Second, as many other guests have noted (and as we did during our previous stay), I still don't understand why the pool closes at 7:00 p.m. Most of our tours didn't end until around that time, making it impossible to enjoy the pool after a day of sightseeing. For a resort at this price point, those hours are simply too restrictive. Finally, I raised this same concern years ago, and nothing has changed, which suggests that guest feedback isn't being acted upon. The fitness center has just one treadmill. While I was using it, other guests were waiting, which made me feel rushed to finish my workout. There is really no reason a hotel charging over €500 per night should have only one treadmill, especially when airport hotels costing a fraction of the price often have several. The air conditioning in the fitness center also wasn't working well, making it uncomfortable to exercise. These may seem like small details, but at this price point they matter. One additional improvement would be to offer a shuttle to and from town. The hotel is far enough away that taking a taxi is often the only practical option after a long day, and the minimum fare is €20 each way. Those transportation costs add up quickly, and a complimentary shuttle would be a welcome amenity for guests. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the room and the outstanding breakfast. However, for the rates this hotel charges, I expected better attention to maintenance, amenities, and guest convenience—especially when these same concerns have been raised by guests for years without apparent improvement.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. As long-time Hilton Diamond members, we chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary because we expected the exceptional service and recognition that Hilton is known for. Unfortunately, this property failed to deliver. Before booking, we were told over the telephone that we would receive a room upgrade. No upgrade was provided, and there was little to no recognition of our Diamond status For Canadian guests paying close to $1,000 per night, the value simply is not there. The rooms are very basic and felt more like a motel than a luxury Hilton property. The hotel is clearly showing its age, with scratched paint on doors and elevators, and the overall appearance lacks the quality and elegance you would expect at this price point. To make matters worse, diamond guests are even charged for bottled water, and the Executive Lounge was another major disappointment. The food selection was extremely limited and far below what we have experienced in Hilton Executive Lounges around the world. My advice to anyone considering spending this kind of money on this hotel is simple: don't. It is absolutely not worth the price. There are countless luxury resorts around the world—including many in the Caribbean—that offer far superior accommodations, service, amenities, and overall value for the same price. At nearly $1,000 CAD per night, I expected a true luxury experience. Instead, I left wondering how this property can justify charging rates comparable to world-class hotels while delivering an experience that falls so far below Hilton's usual standards. The stunning views of Sorrento are not enough to justify the cost. This was one of the most disappointing Hilton stays we have ever experienced, and we would not return or recommend this property to anyone⁷ looking for a hilton hotel experience.

This is a beautiful hotel, wonderful for kids and adults. Food was delicious and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We have a family of 6 so we had two rooms. One king and one pull out couch. All very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Had a beautiful stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and spotless. You can really tell the hotel is well maintained, and it made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. While everything was fresh and good, the variety felt a bit limited and it was mostly the same options each day. Adding more variety would really elevate the overall experience. That being said, what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they were especially kind to my baby Emiliano, which made our stay even more special.
