Encouraged by the positive reviews, we decided to book a stay here. We were looking for something up to Western European standards, and while the hotel mostly fits the description, there were a few shortcomings. On the plus side, the location was very good - close to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. The room featured a large, comfortable bed and a balcony, and it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge. The decor was perfectly fine. Another big advantage was the swimming pool and the free parking space in the underground garage. The breakfast was definitely delicious, and the staff was friendly and always smiling. However, there were several downsides. First of all, when we arrived, there was a lot of black mold in our shower. After reporting it to the reception, it was cleaned up the next day, but I feel like this had been building up for weeks, not just the last few days. Additionally, some of the towels had stains, so I would pay more attention to the laundry (apart from these two issues, we had no complaints regarding cleanliness). Lastly, we could hear the outside air conditioning noise in our room, even with the windows closed at night. This was probably due to our specific room being located close to several outdoor AC units. Overall, despite these downsides, I still recommend it as it offered good value for money

There is absolutely NOTHING to fault about this place. From the staff, to the room, to the food, the view from the room, everything was PERFECT. We were received by the staff so warmly who were kind enough to upgrade us to a suit because the pick up taxi they booked for us took long to arrive. The reception was amazing. Elevator worked perfectly. The room was so beautiful and felt so homely. The air conditioning worked so well, we had to put it off sometimes, the fridge worked fine. The room was well decorated and felt so homely. It was also very spacious and well ventilated. The sheets were so clean The balcony was really nice, with a good view. The breakfast was a buffet and the food and drinks were really nice with lots of sitting space, including sitting by the balcony and enjoying the view. This was definitely more value than the money we paid. It was a 10/10 experience

The hotel itself was gorgeous and spotless. The room was very well equipped and clean. Restaurant was really good and the breakfast had a lot of variety, both in terms of items and as they changed day-by-day. The best part was the staff though, they helped us organise ourselves in terms of trips to Kotor and Sveti Stefan, and were really caring and polite. I'd like to thank Dijana, Gurbban and Tina in particular, but everyone from the staff we interacted with were lovely.

This hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars. The smell in the bathroom is horrific. There is black mold under the vanity unit that smells so bad we have to keep all our personal belongings on the table in the main room. To make things worse, now there is an unbearable sewage stench coming from the ventilation. The smell is so strong that I couldn’t sleep since 3:00 AM! When I went down to the reception to solve this issue, there was nobody there except a night guard who couldn’t help. Other issues: - We are 4 people, but there are only 2 cups in the room (no other dishes or spoons at all). - The promised daily cleaning is a myth — they only cleaned once in 3 days. - There is no drying rack on the balcony, so we have to dry clothes on the table and chairs. We can't use the railing because birds make it dirty. UPDATED Response to the hotel's absolute lies: 1. The hotel management claims there is «no mold and no odor». That is a blatant lie. The receptionist and the cleaning lady were personally in room 405 with me and they both explicitly confirmed three distinct sources of the foul stench: the black mold on the nightstand (which is clearly visible in the photos), the shower drain, and the toilet. Lying so shamelessly will not work in your favor. 2. This is definitely NOT the first complaint about this issue (Lie number 2). 3. Pouring heavy, toxic bleach (Domestos) all over the bathroom to cover up the stench is not a solution. The ventilation remains broken, and you simply created a severe chemical hazard for your guests instead of fixing the problem. 4. Your night guard was absolutely useless. Instead of handling the emergency or contacting the management, he simply told us to wait until 7:00 AM while we were suffocating in a toxic room. 5. Blaming a broken sewage system and black mold on the «Bura wind» is ridiculous and pathetic for a hotel that claims to have a 4-star status. Unfortunately, I am now forced to file an official complaint with both the Sanitary Inspection and the Tourist Inspection of Montenegro. Future guests, beware of how this hotel handles emergencies!

A really lovely place! Tastefully decorated, calm and quiet (which we really appreciated!), and with people who make you feel genuinely welcome. In general, the whole stay felt so comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and I can’t not mention the breakfasts - they were really great, with absolutely memorable coffee and tea ☕️🫖 The location is also very good. You can park on the street nearby and the beach is only a few minutes’ walk, with beautiful scenery along the way 🏔️ Unfortunately I don’t remember the names (sorry!), but the lady at reception and the gentleman at breakfast were genuinely great. Everyone was so kind, smiley, and happy to chat about anything 🥺 We really managed to relax and had such a nice time 🧘 Highly recommended 🤝
