If you are looking for a spacious room, this isn't the place for you. It comes with a smart tv, no microwave, and no fridge. I sleep on the heavier side and could hear the elevator, people snoring, and water running throughout the night. I asked for extra blankets at check in, and the front desk told me to ask for it later. I then used the phone in the room to call for extra blankets after some time had passed, and nobody was available to assist with my request. I will not be returning. Just keep in mind that you are getting what you pay for.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I booked through Southwest and had a confirmation number from both the booking website and a reservation number from the hotel itself, almost 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was turned away and the desk worker claimed the hotel was completely booked. However, as I was waiting in the lobby to find other options for lodging, the same representative took new bookings from other customers. This was during Super Bowl Week so, naturally, there were many travelers with funds to spend on hotels. Now, this would not be a problem if I was able to get a refund. I contacted Southwest for the refund and Southwest had to confirm with the property that it was completely booked in order to issue me a complete refund. What a surprise! The hotel refused to answer any calls or emails from Southwest. The minute I called to inquire about my refund, I was also hung up on. This place was likely scamming. Please be cautious when booking!

Hard to believe this place is a four star hotel. Unable to reach the front desk at 10pm (which is not that late) tried both room phone and telephone number and neither worked. Upon arrival the toilet was broken, they did repair it pretty quickly so I appreciated that. The walls were paper thin, to a point where I could hear word for word what my neighbors were saying. Had to use the coat hanger hack to lock my door too, because I was scared of the noise in the hallway. I didn’t mind the small room, the coffee machine in the lobby is nice too, I do wish the breakfast could be better. If you’re a woman traveling alone I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Excellent Stay — Outstanding Service from Moji! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel EPIK. The highlight was the exceptional service from Moji, the morning front-desk agent. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. His warm attitude truly elevated my experience. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I really appreciated the 24-hour coffee machine, which was a fantastic touch and very convenient. The breakfast is simple, but definitely enough to start the day on a good note. Overall, great service, great rooms, and great value. I would absolutely stay here again!

Don't let the website fool you. No restaurant and, if there is actually a bar, it's only open on weekends. Very tiny rooms and you hear all the noise from the street. Doesn't smell too good either. Our group booked 3 rooms and there was a cockroach in at least one room. No on-site parking, valet parking is pricey and consists of parking in an alley & letting the front desk know. At least they have video surveillance of the alley. On the plus side the bathroom was clean & the shower was nice.
