Nice hotel but basic. Very spacious rooms, big plus! Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. Pool area is nice but small. Location is great! Shopping mall in same building and close to the beach. Too expensive for the standard. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

On the afternoon of May 27th, we checked into your hotel with a very large group of 54 people. We chose your hotel because it is practically a calling card of this city and it has a good enough reputation, so we want to improve your work. You have a very incompetent and rude administrator who not only incorrectly explains the approach to the main entrance to the hotel, but is also rude and insolent in response. We plan to return to this country at a low price once a year, but after such disgusting and terrible service, we no longer want to visit your hotel. We also encountered inconvenience when carrying our things to the hotel upon check-in, since we have a very large group, we would like to be able to park buses and vehicles near your hotel and not at the bus station. We would also like to see transfers from the meeting point to our hotel. All the problems we had in the rooms with Wi-Fi and light were resolved and we also see how good your comfortable places are, the beautiful view and in general the very convenient location of the hotel in the city center are. For this I will give you one star.

Very nice staff. We were welcomed from the day one. Everyday breakfest were served by very nice lady. Amazing see view. Calm and cosy room, clean.

We stayed at the penthouse with two bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room. There is balcony around all the room so you have full view of the city, the sea and the mountains. There is also a jacuzzi for two people in the balcony. They provide bathroom robes and slippers. Unfortunately they provide generic toiletries so you may want to bring your own. The telephones are not working and although they are aware of the problem they did not try to fix it during our stay. They do not clean the jacuzzi so you may want to ask them to clean it and refill the water during your stay.The breakfast buffet was the same during our 4 nights stays, nothing changed at all. The worst for me was that the hot and cold water in the showers of the main bedroom. It becomes hot and cold on its own. The location is good because it is just a good walking distance to the Old Town Budva. You may also hear the cars around the area while you sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at TQ Plaza Hotel. It’s right in the city center, which makes everything so convenient. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to the receptionists Angelika and Dragana — they are so cute, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. 💕 I truly felt at home here!
