I’ve never made a negative hotel review before but I would like to warn some potential guests about this hotel. It’s a shame because the view, pool & beach is so beautiful, but the service is the worst I’ve ever had. Firstly the check in - there are no signs/ information whatsoever and you have to self- park your car (which we eventually did in their garage, only to be told after we will be charged 20 euro per night). No one assisting with luggage, we had to find our own way to the reception from our car. The receptionists were consistently unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. One night, we asked them to order us a taxi. After waiting over 20 minutes and asking for their whereabouts, they rolled their eyes, shrugged their shoulders and said to wait because there’s traffic. They didn’t try to assist in ordering us a different taxi or helping us find another way, eventually we had to cancel our taxi because we were late for our dinner reservation. The housekeeping was really the bare minimum - just a change of towels, we couldn’t even tell if they had cleaned our room or not. Breakfast was probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had - it felt like an overcrowded market rather than a restaurant ( although I must say all the breakfast staff were extremely kind & hardworking ). Every morning, there was a huge line at the egg station and the coffee was terrible. The only good thing about this hotel is the private beach and the staff at the beach weren’t as bad as the receptionists. If you don’t care about service etc and just want a private beach you should book here, otherwise if you’re looking for quality and service, you’ll be highly disappointed.

Everything about the property is almost right except the service. Individually, several team members are brilliant,especially i need to mention the outstanding service from the Concierge, Bozidar, for his immaculate service and help in organising the yacht, minibuses and several things even things like houskeeping etc, that may not be part of his job. Also special mention for Ranjeet in restaurant team for helping with so many requests, even hwne he was off duty. House cleaning was very good but housekeeping team was non existent. They cant have one number on phone for everything and then nothinf happens. Even Kamar, Gul, Maria many others, whose names I forget, were really helpful but i did not find the hotel team operate as a cohesive unit. Their poor ratings can easily be improved with guidance from proper leadership. We enjoyed our stay inspite of few issues. I wish to go back soon, probided they would pull up their socks. I suggest giving to a known brand to manage. They dont deserve a 5 star rating yet.

Our stay at Huma Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our visit was the spa. We booked the private VIP spa for two hours, and it was an unforgettable experience. The facilities are truly world-class, creating a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere where we could completely unwind. What impressed us even more was the excellent value for money—the quality of the experience far exceeded the price. The hotel’s beach was another highlight. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with beautiful white pebbles and crystal-clear water. The beach restaurant served delicious food, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The biggest surprise, however, was the hotel’s fine dining restaurant. Even though we explored several restaurants in the city, the best meal we had was at Huma Hotel. Every dish was outstanding, but the tuna carpaccio deserves a special mention—it was simply exceptional and the highlight of our culinary experience. Thank you to the entire Huma Hotel team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Huma Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, world-class spa facilities, exceptional dining, and a beautiful beachfront escape.

I had an excellent experience at Huma Kotor Bay. From the moment of arrival until check-out, everything was at a very high standard. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are modern, very clean, and offer stunning views of the Bay of Kotor. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes, beautifully. I had the best 5-days vacation with my best friend in this hotel. The view and location are divine. The staff are friendly but really young. Life fresh graduates. The only problem we face that they can't deal with any problem or complaint. We were saved with an amazing Food and restaurants manager Mr. Gul. Gul came from Dubai’s hospitality so he could easily understand us and he helped us a lot in changing the rooms and getting advise and everything we need to make our stay pleasant. Still the place and the food worth it all.
