Beautiful clean hotel! I have stayed at a few all inclusives and this one has been the best. The kid’s area / waterpark was very fun and the entertainment, pool games, and live shows were great. The food was amazing for all inclusive! The restaurants were all so different and the food was delicious and unique at all of them. The poolside tacos were the best, had a new one everyday, and the smash burgers at the pool restaurant were perfect. Breakfast was great everyday and so many stations (omelettes, smoothies, quesadillas). Delicious speciality coffees too. There is a coffee shop open 24/7 which is perfect and you can get snacks there too. The drinks were high quality for all inclusive and no big lines. Margarita is an amazing breakfast hostess. Pedro is the best bartender ever and made our trip with his amazing pool drinks and service. My kids loved him and looked forward to going to the swim up bar every day because of him. Alex (pool bar and water park) was also great, friendly, very attentive and provided amazing service. Bryant was our favourite waiter! He was excellent. Christian provided wonderful service at checkout. Yesenia around the pool was lovely as well. We brought my 86 year old grandma and mobility/ accessibility was no problem. Easy to get around everywhere. Quick walk to the shops/ supermarkets across to street to get fun Mexican snacks for people back home. Sports bar was fun with big screens and pool tables (minors allowed until 10:30 too which was great). Overall it was very lovely and I would stay again / recommend! 💛 🇲🇽

We had a week here with a very large group. We had originally booked Jamaica, but the hurricane shifted those plans. The fact that this hotel was able to accommodate a group that size and deliver the customer service that they did? Absolutely unreal. We had an amazing time. We saw so many whales every single day. We never ate a bad meal. Your staff was top notch in every way. Thank you, truly!

All in all my group of 10 really enjoyed the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. In total we had 4 rooms all of which were beautiful on the top floor. We were in the recently redone deluxe oceanfront wing and loved the room(s). Honestly one of the nicest and largest bathrooms I’ve stayed in – stellar mirror too which also served as a night lite for my kids. Great balcony overlooking the beach to see whales. We've been to Cabo a few times previously but this was our first time staying here. I'd say there were far more positives then negatives and I think we'd return in the future. Pro’s: - Lots of food options though you cannot order food to go which proved challenging sometimes for my kids. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant and the Italian. The pizza was so good I would probably order it if close to my house at home - Good selection of alcohol compared to other all inclusive options - We never faced a wait in any restaurant for dinner minus 1 night - 4+ pool options and stellar kids water park (don’t sleep on kids chicken tendies during lunch) - Great beachfront and the water was actually swimmable for a few days over the course of the 10 days we were there. The vendors were also very friendly - Stellar room and bathroom – comfy bed and nice large towels - Maybe the best 2 employees I’ve ever encountered at a hotel in Mario (manager of the Mexican restaurant) and his star employee Daniel. Both absolute rockstars Con’s: - Housekeeping very hit or miss – somedays our room wasn’t cleaned at 4pm and I had to call to request status. Not once over 10 days was our mini fridge refilled or snacks replenished. Whenever I’d call they’d seem very confused. One night it took them over 90 minutes to bring up a blanket - Kids pull out couch very uncomfortable – had to request a handful of toppers to make the bed sleepable for them - Pool staff very unfriendly. Only concerned with tips and the whole pool chair system is fundamentally broken. If you arrive before 10am be prepared for your chair goods to be moved to lost and found and for you to return to having no chair. The servers would clearly be annoyed if we were drinking big as that meant no real tips – truthfully didn’t encounter one nice person working the pool area other than at the kids pool - Everyday at around 1pm they’d start removing pool chairs to set up for private events which was insane given the money being spent to stay there. If a company wants a private event why not rent out the whole hotel or why did the hotel even allow this during Feb break? - The majority of pool chairs cannot really be moved, so you’re either in the absolute sun or shade – also the cabana’s and in water chairs are around $179 per DAY! - Either the staff were amazing and super friendly or nasty – no real in-between Overall we loved the location and it was about 1.5 miles from San Jose and the artwalk which was top notch. Across the street you can swim with dolphins and there is security 24/7. I wish they'd start offering pizza's to go from the Italian restaurant and maybe alter the kids selections at each spot as their just weird, haha.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Hyatt ziva Cabo. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Our balcony looked over the main pool and ocean which was lovely for watching some of the pool events and looking for whales. The food was mostly great although it could use more lunch options. The Indian restaurant was super yummy. The service was incredible - everyone was friendly and very attentive. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

The stay here and service were immaculate and our butler Edgar was the captain behind these two things! The way the entire staff goes out their way to greet, serve and thank you is second to none. We were fortunate to be in a club room and Edgar got everything for us from whole milk for our infant daughter to a fan so we could have white noise for her to sleep. The food was incredible, when most all inclusive become stagnant, this did not. We usually do not rave about breakfast buffet's but this place was best yet
