An amazing hotel with the most breathtaking sea view. It truly takes your breath away. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and with each passing day they make you feel like part of the family. Nestled in a secluded bay, the hotel is so comfortable and cozy that you never want to leave. The sea is crystal clear, and the food is absolutely incredible. Special thanks to Mirko from the restaurant and Goca from reception and all other exceptional crew! We will definitely come back. Our whole family was absolutely delighted with our stay!

Some of the best Pina coladas I have ever had in the rooftop bar from the excellent barman Janko. Very kind and friendly. 😎🍍 Lovely view from the top if you are lucky enough to get a space! 🙌 The entertainment team is fantastic especially Omar who is hilarious and super friendly. Always manages to make our group smile and laugh. Really made our experience better. Hotel as a whole is amazing, absolutely stunning. This is our second year coming and they have made it even better than last year. Food is above and beyond what you would expect from all inclusive (especially if you love seafood). Plenty of drink choices with amazing staff who are all polite and efficient. There is some walking up hills and stairs but it's not the worst, if anything it helps work off all the food and drink you consume so I don't really see it as a negative. Would definitely recommend and massively considering about coming back for a third year 😁

Visit July 2026 - 10 nights. We had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Waves Herceg Novi and I would highly recommend choosing this hotel if you are planning to visit the bay of Kotor, Montenegro. The hotel views are stunning across the bay of Herceg Novi and the hotel is in a great location as a base for excursions to Kotor, Dubrovnik, Budva and Tivat. The hotel itself was perfect for all our needs and offered great all inclusive drinks with great selection, the food was brilliant with fresh fish, delicious meat options and a great selection for picky eaters and those wanting to try some local dishes. Each day there was a show cooking section with options like Indian cuisine, fresh mussels, oysters and dishes from other cuisines. The rooms were good and have great air con and comfy mattresses, and also have coffee machines and chilled water dispensers at the end of each corridor. The cleaning team were fabulous and provided fresh bedding and new towels daily. The hotel facilities were spotless and hard work from the staff was noted as everything was cleaned early morning for the guests arrival. The pool was great and was large enough for all the guests with plenty of space, and the water was clean and warm. Plenty of sun loungers around the beach and pool so wasn't necessary to reserve or get up early to secure them. The beach area is huge with a huge marked swimming area, and the sea is clear and gorgeous to swim In. And finally a huge shout out the the staff, who were lovely and polite including the bar staff, hotel staff and especially the entertainment team. They truly made our stay five stars by encouraging activities around the pool and facilities. This was great fun and we were able to make many friends playing water polo, darts and enjoying the brilliant live music and shows that were on every night, including white party, fire shows and live bands playing your favourite songs. Huge credit to Omar, Adam, and the rest of the entertainment team who were great fun and got us participating out of our comfort zone. Truly made our stay amazing. Thank you to everyone at Iberostar and I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your visit to Montenegro.

My partner and I stayed in May/June 2026 and had an amazing 10 nights. The scenary around the hotel is stunning, with views of the bay from the hotel, pool, restaurant and beach. The all inclusive food and drink were top notch, with the local beer, wine and soft drinks on self-serve tap with a strong lineup of branded spirits behind the bar. The food was amazing with a different theme each night to keep it fresh. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had something different, often with chefs cooking fresh meat and fish to your liking. Herceg Novi town is a short boat taxi across the bay, which had many restaurants and bars if you want to explore or havea change of scenary - the boat was 15euro per person (total) and can be used as many times as you want within the day. The boat operator, Petar, also runs other boat trips if you want to visit Kotor and Perast, for 40 euro, this was a full day out and well worth the money. The staff were hard working and very friendly. Special mentions to Zvonko, Janko and Milevoje behind the bar and also Natalija who kept our room clean and surprising us with different towel animals - we tried to out do her with our own towel animals! Omar was also very friendly and attentive from the entertainment team! It was great seeing Zvonko in the Star Cafe before we left the hotel at 8am, he's a hard working lad with a great sense of humour! We were gutted to leave after 10 days, there was so much to do, or as little to do as you pleased - we'll definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great for families with teenagers. Lots of fun activities with the animation team both for kids and adults. 12-o’clock pool games and the casino night were the best. The food is delicious. For lunch and dinner there is always a great variety of fish, meat and seafood (even oysters and langoustines). Most certainly recommend the place.
