Rooms are basic,neat and cleaned daily upon your request. The quality of the bed mattress is not good for a comfortable sleep. Definitely requires a microwave as there is sufficient space above the wall cabinet and corner balcony suites is fantastic to entertain people coming over for a nightcap.Spacious room size gives you luxury views around the Hotel. Definitely will recommend this Hotel if you're Happy with just the basic requirements of a room for the duration of your stay.

We had mixed feelings about our stay at the Kata Sea Breeze. The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s modern and decorated well. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could need. The pools are large and the swim up bar and jacuzzi inside the pool are really cool features. The spa onsite is also great and offer a wonderful range of treatments which we thoroughly enjoyed (although over double the price as other places we went to). Our main issue was with the other residents which I appreciate is not something in the hotel’s control. We felt so unwelcome that we ended up spending most of our down days using other hotel’s pool facilities or at a day spa. If we could’ve afforded it, we would’ve changed hotels. There is a very large Russian demographic in the hotel and the surrounding area. We didn’t feel comfortable at all. We went to the pool and spoke to each other, we were greeted with filthy looks, whispering and staring. This was then our constant experience every time we went to the pool or even walking around the hotel. We maybe spent the grand total of 2 hours at the pool across our 7 day stay. The breakfast was inedible also. The noodle option each morning had the same stale limescale taste. We visited at various times from 7am-10am and every time without fail the food was cold. The only thing we ate was the fruit pastry which were swarmed as soon as they came out. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere on several occasions. Our neighbours were incredibly loud with slamming doors at all hours of the night and having loud arguments. There was a locked door between our rooms and the sound felt like it was inside our room. The staff, as I say, were fantastic. They were so friendly and it was sad to see they were surprised when we spoke to them as we walked past. We saw on multiple occasions, other residents ignoring them and snapping their fingers at staff which we were appalled by. The location is good with it being on the main strip and not far from lots of shops and the night markets. The beach is quite a walk away and the roads around are very steep but Bolt taxi’s are cheap and easily accessible. We wouldn’t stay here again but it’s through no fault of the staff, the surrounding area and the residents made the experience unenjoyable.

My stay at Kata Sea Breeze Resort was absolutely wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. A special thank you to Honey, who assisted with my check-in and immediately set the tone for a fantastic stay. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. The level of hospitality truly stood out. It's a great central location near Kata beach, nightmarket, bars and restaurants. Leaving was the hardest part of the trip, but that's probably the best compliment I can give. Thank you to the Kata Sea Breeze team for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to being back during the next vacation. I'll definitely be back!

Sawadee krab from Kata Sea Breeze Hotel & Resort! 🇹🇭❤️ Absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. The location, cleanliness, atmosphere, vibe, food, and service were exceptional. A special thank you to all the staff, especially the lovely ladies who kept our room so beautifully clean every day. Your warmth and attention made our stay even more special. One little travel tip: if you’re travelling and indulging in lots of different foods, it’s always a good idea to carry some probiotics and your usual tummy essentials. This resort is definately worth a visit! Suitable for families,couples and solo travellers. The location close to shops,restuarants and about a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kata Beach. Rooms are spacious,shower pressure very good! (Pool access rooms) Hotel staff helpful, attentive and bubbly. The grounds of Kata Sea Breeze are immaculate and sufficient sun loungers are available around the various pool areas. The hotel spa is small, but offer great massages at a reasonable rate ,the foot peel and scrub was the highlight. The only lowlight was the breakfast buffet. Not a large variety and resembled dorm food. Overall our stay was really pleasant.
