I had an absolutely amazing experience in here. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was on another level. Huge thank you to Foam, Pia, Noe, Joe, Lin, Micky, and San — every single one of them made my stay special. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can really feel that they care about the guests and take pride in their service. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything feels well thought out. Whether it was helping with recommendations, assisting with anything I needed, or just greeting me with a smile — the team made a big difference. It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. Our stay at Kupu Kupu Koh Phangan was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere was incredibly quiet and serene, providing the ultimate relaxing getaway. We stayed in a spacious, beautifully designed Thai-style room that made the experience feel authentic and comfortable. The location is simply breathtaking, featuring a stunning beach where you can witness the most impressive high and low tides. A special highlight of our trip was the excellent restaurant, which we visited for both breakfast and dinner. They were incredibly attentive and caring regarding a family member with Celiac disease, ensuring safe and delicious gluten-free options at every meal. Not just gluten free options but complete awareness and understanding of the Celiac needs. The kitchen staff never stopped caring for us and pampering us! But what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to spoil us and provided the most unique recommendations for exploring the whole island. A massive thank you to Bank, San, Ziny, Jo, Noe, Foam, Micky, Lin, Ticha, Andy (AD), and Chef Win for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and happy to fulfill every request. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and wonderful, with direct access to a private pool. I would especially like to praise the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and every request—even those not on the menu—was accommodated with a smile. We also received vouchers for amazing dinners throughout our stay. The dishes were of outstanding quality and absolutely delicious. I would like to give special recognition to the restaurant staff: Zing, Adlin, Sandank, Foam, Noejo, and Micky. A special thank you as well to the chefs, Mod and Su, for the exceptional food. Highly recommended!
