We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the entire team made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A big thank you to Micky Lin, Joe Win, Bank San, Foam AD, and Ziny Noe for their kindness and attention to detail. They were always happy to help and made sure we felt well taken care of. We especially appreciated how thoughtful and welcoming everyone was. The hotel was spotless, and everything was well maintained. Always friendly, always smiling, and nothing was ever too much trouble — even with kids at the table! The food was tasty and fresh too, but honestly the staff made the biggest difference.
