Amazing experience at this property. Idyllic location on the Adriatic Sea. Staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and handed us off to each other seamlessly and were always available for our every need. We were there for 4 nights and it was absolute perfection the entire time. We stayed in the contemporary building with a sea view balcony room and our accommodations were gorgeous. They helped coordinate a boat trip to see the Blue Cave one morning and it was an epic experience to remember. We will absolutely be back!

For a luxury five-star hotel, the experience was as expected. The quality of service provided by the team and restaurant staff was exceptional. I would recommend room number 1 in the old building, which is spacious and convenient. Please excuse the mess in the photographs; the room was cleaned every morning between 09:30 and 10:30. Please be aware that the hotel was unable to accept American Express checking out. The excuse I was given was a government system update, that’s a new one. The restaurant food was excellent. A few items were not available due to supply issues. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Zarko and Pater were very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. The beach team also contributed to the holiday’s enjoyment. This was evident from the team distributing towels and admiring my silly unicorn top, thank you. True stars of the hotel.

This is a 5* hotel that looks good on the surface, but is merely adequate underneath. The original room offered was at the back of the hotel with a rather unattractive view and a smell of the local sewage. Fortunately they found us another room in the historical building, which I'd recommend over the new building. Breakfast if you don't eat gluten and you want things to actually taste good was rather lacking, the fruit wasn't really good for example, surprising considering the amazing quality of fruits we had in other restaurants. Food at the restaurants was much better. Check-out the staff were borderline rude, no one offered to help us with our bags, or asked if we needed help with anything, or thanked us for our custom at the hotel. After spending nearly 3k euros on a long weekend, this was pretty shocking. Our room was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfy. We wouldn't return here as the value for money wasn't really present - there are better places for this kind of money that actually care whether you're a guest or not at the hotel.

A truly five-star stay from start to finish – we couldn’t fault this hotel. The entire resort is impeccably maintained, with a luxurious atmosphere throughout. The beach club is exceptional, offering private cabanas, premium sun loungers, fantastic cocktails, and a food menu that exceeded all expectations. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was arranging taxis or even ordering us a takeaway when we returned too late for the restaurant. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds and breathtaking views of the marina set against the mountains. Our standard double room had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. My only frustration was the children in the pool. Ball games should be banned, and so should jumping in. It contradicts the luxury feel of the hotel.

this hotel is lovely! the workers are very attentive and welcoming, even from our first day - they made our experience so much more comfortable. the hotel looks really modern too, our room was perfect for us. unfortunately we did have a room which is near a person's garden, where a dog barks pretty much every night until the early morning - of course this is not the hotel's fault, just worth mentioning as it disrupted our sleep a little :,) everything else is great though. love the facilities - such as the spa, gym, etc. - breakfast... thank you 🇲🇪
