FABULOUS!!! This is a such a cool hotel with the perfect balance of chic, comfort and service. Everything was amazing during our 10 day stay, from the friendly greeting of the bellboys, the concierge team, reception, and housekeeping. All our requests were attended to perfectly, and we were greeted like friends, but balanced with the right level of professionalism. Guille, Luis, and Paola, in the Concierge team are absolute stars of this hotel as they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and were always so friendly, helpful and willing to assist with everything from booking restaurants, beach reservations, providing advice about the area, arranging bike hire, and just being generally informative and an ever-ready service with a smile. The breakfast is amazing at this hotel with just about everything you can think of on offer, coupled with great service from the team working there. The view over the beach in the morning is wonderful, so to sit with your coffee enjoying the early sunshine is paradise. The pool area is beautifully presented with plenty of sunbeds and a great service provided by the waiting team. We enjoyed meeting Maria and Sarah, but sadly didn't get the names of all the waiters, but they were all superb, efficient and friendly. There's a great pool food menu, lots of drink options, and it's great to see a good choice of alcohol-free cocktails on the menu too as my husband doesn't drink, so it's nice to have choices other than a 0% beer or soft drink. The SPA is an absolute must for anyone staying at this hotel. We had 2 x massages each during our stay provided by Ivan and Maria, and they were very friendly, polite and highly skilled. The BESO beach restaurant is great for a BBQ fish lunch, and great views out onto the beach, with a fun vibe and good cocktails. I really struggle to find fault with the hotel and it's services, and would recommend it 100%. It's approx a 20 minute walk up the promenade to the Calipolis and Pic-Nic bar, or you can catch the Ting-Ting which takes 5 mins.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sitges Terramar and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to Yasmeira, who worked in the restaurant during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. As I was travelling with my son and young baby, her kindness and support made a huge difference to our experience. She always made sure we were comfortable, checked that everything was okay, and went out of her way to assist us whenever needed during breakfast. Her excellent service and genuine care did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. The staff were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Sitges Terramar for such a memorable stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The ME Sitges Terramar has several positive aspects: it is located directly on the beach, has a modern and stylish design, and the rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast is extensive, high quality, and one of the highlights of the hotel. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadows these positive points. This is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but the level of service is nowhere near what one would expect from such a property. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly met with unfriendly attitudes and a lack of willingness to help. Almost every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff, and instead of feeling welcome, we constantly felt dismissed. It reached a point where we found ourselves regularly frustrated by the staff’s behavior, which genuinely affected and diminished our holiday experience. The endless extra charges only added to the disappointment. Beach loungers cost 10€ per person per day, and even the front-row sunbeds by the pool require an additional payment. It creates the impression that guests are being charged for every possible extra rather than being looked after. To make matters worse, when we needed a taxi, the hotel staff were unwilling to arrange one for us, leaving us to deal with it ourselves. This is a basic service that should not be an issue in a hotel claiming to offer a 5-star experience. We will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting genuine 5-star service.

The hotel itself is excellent: the staff is attentive and genuinely friendly throughout, and the breakfast is truly outstanding. The overall in-hotel experience is top notch. That said, there are a few things worth knowing before you arrive, especially at a rate of €350 + city tax per night: Location: The center of Sitges is about a 30-minute walk away. Uber is available, but prices run high (€25+) since they compete with local taxis. If you’re traveling with a baby, keep in mind that most drivers don’t have a car seat, so expect many rides to be rejected. Plan ahead. Hotel restaurant and bar: The food is good, but the prices feel out of proportion — €18 for a tomato salad, €7 for pan con tomate, €15 for an Aperol Spritz. If you can, look for options outside the hotel. Extra charges: This was the biggest surprise. For a hotel at this level, several basic services come with additional fees: the minibar is fully charged, room service has a cost, and even requesting items to be removed from the minibar in your room carries a charge. Small details, but not what you’d expect at this price point. Bottom line: a genuinely good experience overall, but with an extras policy that doesn’t quite match the room rate. Recommended if you go in aware of those costs.

Perfect stay at the ME Sitges Terramar. The surroundings are stunning. The location of the hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sitges but still within easy reach made this the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The decor of the hotel is to a high spec, the rooms are immaculate and the attention to detail to ensure excellence and quality at all guest touchpoints is apparent. Without a doubt I recommend a room with sea view which provided a truly breathtaking experience. What makes this hotel exceptionnal is the team that work here. They don’t just provide impecabble service, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need for an unforgettable and truly relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Maria, Sol and Victor on the pool team, as well as Sergi, Julio and Raquel at the beach club, who all brought the vibes and the wonderful hospitality to make our stay extra special.
