My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and this was actually our second time staying here. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were happy to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi next to the pool, which was a great place to relax, and the sauna facilities were excellent and well-kept. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ms. Joey at the reception for providing outstanding customer service. Ms. Joey was welcoming, attentive, and very helpful, making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The hotel's amenities and overall atmosphere continue to make it a place we would consider visiting again. On the downside, noise from the nearby exit door was quite noticeable during the evening and could be disturbing when trying to relax or sleep. Improving the sound insulation in this area would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, my wife and I had a good stay and appreciate the hospitality shown to us. With a few improvements regarding noise control, the experience could easily be a 5-star stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

I first visited this place when I was new to Doha eight years ago, and coming back today was a wonderful experience. The service at the restaurant was superb, with excellent customer care led by the ever-welcoming Madame Karen and her amazing colleagues, Angelique, Yi Mo, and Hassan Ali. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made our visit truly memorable. Thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to others! experience. ❤️❤️❤️

The service was extremely slow and disappointing. You have to wait for hours for even the simplest requests, and it often feels like they are completely forgotten. We booked a Family Staycation for 4 adults based on the advertised accommodation, but the suite only had one king-sized bed. We requested twin beds, but were informed that the suite does not offer that option. Instead, they offered to provide an extra bed. Unfortunately, from the time we checked in until the evening, the extra bed never arrived despite calling the front desk three times. The room amenities were also not prepared for four guests. Although the missing amenities were eventually delivered in the evening, it took far longer than expected. We also requested bathroom cleaning in the evening, but no one came to clean it during our stay. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and accommodating. However, despite their kindness, the service itself was not efficient, and many of our requests were either significantly delayed or not fulfilled, even though they were part of the expected room amenities and services included with our booking. Overall, the lack of prompt service and follow-through on guest requests significantly affected our experience. While the staff was polite, the delays and missed requests were disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its responsiveness and service consistency for future guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were all accommodating, friendly, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. We truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, the early check-in, and the extra effort the team made to surprise our son with a birthday cake. These thoughtful gestures made his birthday celebration even more special and memorable. A special shout-out to Angelique, Karen, Hassan, and Yi Mon for your exceptional service, kindness, and genuine care. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. The staff and the place are accommodating and good. The food also tasty, full of variety of dishes you can choose. Mss Karen are so friendly also the other staff also approachable. Thanks to the servers of the food Angelique,Hassan. And the chef Mohan and chef Reynold, they prepare the food as requested. Thank you so much. You get so full and the moments spending time there is worth it.
