We had a pleasant family stay at the Movenpick Hotel in Baku. The hotel offers spacious rooms, and we appreciated the interconnecting rooms for our family. It’s conveniently located close to Nizami Street and just a short walk from Baku’s Old Town, making it very easy to explore the city. The only minor downside was that breakfast could get crowded, and one lounge allowed smoking, which wasn’t ideal for families with kids. Overall, though, it was a great stay with comfortable rooms and a fantastic location.

I stayed here on the last day of my vacation in Baku, with my family. The location of this hotel is very good. It's very near to the famous Nizami street, which offers a great experience in the city of Baku. The hotel is a business hotel which offers clean rooms, gym and spa facilities. I stayed here only for a night. But I enjoyed my stay here. I ordered some cocktails in the night and it was very good. The Baku boulvard along the Caspian sea is also at a walkable distance from here.Many of the great city malls and parks are also not very far from here. The rooms were clean, the service was good. It offers great view also. The winter Park is also just next to it.

Very poor and neglectful attitude from the hotel’s top management, including the GM, regarding a simple room booking inquiry. If you want guests to choose your hotel, you need to be attentive and hospitable - not dismissive toward potential customers. There are plenty of other hotels that offer far better service and genuine hospitality. I would be surprised if Accor would accept such attitude, and I will be reporting it.

Perfect stay so comfortable and so quiet The receptionists are professional they speak English and so helpful. It’s 5 min walk to Nizami Street as well. I just recommend they change the pillows though coz they were hard. Thank you so much.

The hotel itself is good one, and the location is excellent, but the service is absolutely terrible. They asked me to check out at 12 p.m., even though I explained that my company always arranges a late check-out for me. I told them this is just some kind of misunderstanding and that I needed some time to confirm it with my company, especially since my flight is at midnight. I asked for just one hour to clarify the situation, but they still insisted that I check out at 12 p.m. — and this happened on a Monday. They said the hotel was fully booked, but in reality, there were plenty of available rooms on Booking.com. Overall, the staff showed no willingness to accommodate guests — it’s just awful.
