Very disappointing experience at Mövenpick Baku. As parents traveling with a baby, we were shocked by the lack of warmth, understanding, and basic hospitality shown by most of the staff. Throughout our stay, almost every interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rigid. Requests were often met with unfriendly attitudes rather than a willingness to help, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. What stood out most was the complete lack of flexibility and family-friendly service. When traveling with an infant, even small gestures of support can make a huge difference, but unfortunately that was missing here. The atmosphere across the hotel felt unwelcoming, and several staff members came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in assisting guests. The only bright spot during our stay was one member of the Guest Relations team, who was genuinely kind, professional, and went out of her way to help. She was the only person who demonstrated the level of hospitality we expected from a hotel of this standard. A hotel can have beautiful rooms and facilities, but hospitality is ultimately about people. Sadly, the attitude of the staff significantly impacted our experience. We left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this property, especially to families traveling with young children.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location other than that i have not seen in my life such rude attitude in my life. 0 customer service. The taxis stop in front of the hotel - so if you order bolt they cant stop on the road and they had to cancel my ride few times. I asked 3 times for an extra bed - despite that i have already requested that when i booked the hotel. They brought it 11 pm at night. I asked for a connecting room but they never came to open the connecting door. I asked from the hotel room services but they never did it. The room phone wasnt working and i have informed the staff she said she would send a maintenance staff and never did. The bathroom water hose did not work. I booked for a spa through the hotel App when i went to the spa they said there was no booking and the hotel reception have to inform them about any spa booking but they didn't. And any spa booking you have to go to the spa to book an appointment Upon check out there was no one to help with the luggage in the trolley and when i asked the receptionist if she could ask for someone to help she gave me attitude as if it was not supposed to be assisted from the hotel. The breakfast staff was horrible i asked for a spoon and he shouted go to station go station. We asked for someone to clean a table for us another day and he shouted WAIT WAIT. There was a hair in my omelet eggs. After that i never ate in the hotel breakfast again.( have a picture for evidence). This hotel is not a tourist friendly at all. Especially that i was a mother traveling alone with my small kids.they made this trip stressful for me. would never book this hotel again.

Perfect hotel when visiting Baku, upon arrival we were welcomed very friendly by the staff. The hotel is close to most main sightseeing points of Baku and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was very helpfull and we booked a tour via the customer relations staff member wich was very nice as she also gave us lot of tips to make our stay in Baku as good as possible. The room was very spacious, clean and we had a nice view of the harbour area and the flame towers. I would love to come back when visiting Baku again.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful—everything was just perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Nigar, who made the experience even more memorable with her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and guest care truly stands out. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

I would like to share my experience In mkvenpick winter Park and I want to say that everything was perfect from the room to the house keeping and exceptionally the staff in the breakfast buffet especially elshan and asmar they were indescribable no words to describe how kind and professional they are if I would to come back I would come back because of them both so consider them in any upcoming promotion as they deserve it they know how to deal with guests. Thanks everyone thanks elshan and asmar
