We had a phenomenal time whilst staying!. All staff members were very helpful and caring. Everything was fairly local to the hotel but was very hilly where we stayed. Chetan at the Mexican restaurant was exceptionally kind and made you feel right at home. There’s a massive variety of different Restaurants to choose from so you get to try something new every night plus you are local to various bars and pubs!. Would highly recommend for families, friends and couples.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would particularly like to give a special mention to Chetan-Madhav, who really helped make our holiday memorable. We first met him in the late-night bar on our first evening and were delighted to see him again the following night, as well as serving in the Mexican speciality restaurant. What a genuinely lovely man! So warm, friendly, attentive and full of personality. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He’s one of those people who makes a real difference to your holiday, not just through excellent service but through his genuine kindness and warmth. His rum and cokes were certainly generous too — perhaps a little too generous, judging by my wife’s sprained ankle! 😂🍹 Chetan-Madhav, you’re an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay that little bit more special!

I'm only writing this review because of the terrible experience I had at the Mandarin restaurant. It was, without question, the worst meal I've ever had. Calling it "food" is an insult to every Chinese restaurant out there. I genuinely wouldn't have fed it to my dogs. What made it even more frustrating was that we'd paid for the all-inclusive package and had to reserve a table at this restaurant the day before, expecting a good dining experience. Instead, it was absolutely appalling. The only reason I'm not giving an even harsher review is because of the excellent service. Cheetan-Manpreet and the rest of the serving staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and understanding throughout, and they did everything they could to make the experience better. Unfortunately, the kitchen completely let them down. Whoever prepared that food seriously needs to reconsider their standards. I've had frozen meals from Lidl that tasted far better than what was served here. A genuinely awful dining experience, saved only by the waiting staff.

This place is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We asked for an accessible room. We were put in a room with a 10 min walk from reception with 2 lifts and plenty of slopes. Thank god I didn't bring my wheelchair! The breakfast was fabulous but the buffets for lunch and dinner were awful!!! The majority of the restaurants you need to book for dinner were booked out very quickly, but seemed pretty empty. They were a walk away from the hotel and completely inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. Thank god for the wonderful staff members checking you in at the bottom of the stairs who carried my rolator up and down two flights of stairs!! Rooms where clean and comfortable

The view is amazing and the rooms are very spacious and nice. the hotel staff are very relaxed and helpful. My only complaint would be the hotel food with all inclusive however if you book one of the attatched restaurants the food is very very good there. We have tried the el mexicano and chetan was very nice and helpful and the food was yummy.
