Exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the service throughout was top-notch. A special shoutout to Kim from the staff who took such great care of us, she was so warm, attentive, and helpful! The restaurant was incredible, going above and beyond to prepare delicious vegan meals for us. The spa was pure bliss, and the beach was simply mind-blowing, stunningly beautiful with crystal-clear water. Truly an amazing place. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely magical family stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Outrigger Phi Phi Island with our two kids and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were exceptional, warm and attentive from start to finish. Our son even got to play soccer with the team on the beach, a highlight of his trip! The rooms were amazing, breakfast was to die for, and we ate every meal at the hotel because every single one was delicious. We also booked a 6-hour private longtail tour, which was breathtaking, with snorkelling at so many beautiful spots. Highly recommend for families. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The island is absolutely beautiful and the whole place is so peaceful and relaxing. Our room was very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed the food, the beautiful surroundings, and the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely love to come back again! 🌴❤️

The Outrigger Resort in Phi phi Island Thailand was a pleasant surprise! We were here for a few days and we thoroughly enjoyed all 4 days! Very relaxing, service was excellent and the best of all was the Spa team lead by Khun Am and her assistant Khun Tum, the therapists Khun Teddy and Khun Wan were a fantastic team! They definitely made our stay super special and relaxing! One of the best massages we’ve had so far. Thank you ladies. 🙏 It doesn’t do justice by not mentioning the restaurant crew who had been excellent in every way. Very attentive, respectful, warm and always serving with a smile! Over all our experience has been fantastic and unforgettable! I’d like to mention Kim the front desk coordinator who made our stay super comfortable! ⭐☆☆☆☆ A great stay ruined by terrible transportation We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the accommodation itself was good. Unfortunately, the transportation offered by the hotel completely ruined our overall experience. We paid around three times as much as we could have paid for alternative transportation because the hotel promotes its own boats and a direct connection to another town. Naturally, we expected a direct and comfortable journey that justified the significantly higher price. The reality was completely different. We were taken around in a small boat that stopped to pick up other passengers along the way. Eventually, we had to transfer to another boat, which was absolutely packed with people. It was a stressful, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience from start to finish. When a hotel charges significantly more than other providers and advertises its own boats, you expect a certain standard of service and, above all, transparency about what you are actually paying for. It is genuinely disappointing that an otherwise enjoyable stay was overshadowed by such a terrible transportation experience. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend the hotel to anyone relying on them for transportation to another town.
