We stayed here for 2 nights , Location is great specially because of the private beach . Be aware that this is a family hotel so expect a lot of kids around the pool. Breakfast was very nice and full of variety and the people were very attentive . We were woken up at 8:30 a.m one day at at 9:00 am the second day by maintenance work inside the hotel. The front desk confirmed the noise came from the technical department, but instead of stopping or postponing the work, they told us it would continue. Very disappointing for a hotel where guests come to rest. I made a formal complain about it and it was fully ignored by management .

We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times before, and each visit has been a pleasant experience (although all of our previous stays were out the summer season). Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed in several aspects. The staff was unfriendly, both at the reception and at the beach/pool area. It felt like you had to do backflips on the beach just to get a waiter to come and serve you. The only exception was a young waiter with glasses who worked at the beach bar—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He deserves special recognition. We were charged €25 per day for our 3 kg dog, which would be understandable if pets were actually allowed to access the areas you would expect (except the restaurant, of course). However, our dog was not even allowed to lie on our own towel on the sand at the beach, while a cat twice his size wandered freely around the beach every day without anyone saying a word. The inconsistency of this policy was very frustrating. The biggest disappointment, however, was the parking situation. Despite there being around 10 empty parking spaces inside the hotel’s parking lot, the staff refused to open the barrier for us and instead directed us to an unpaved parking area. That is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Overall, this stay was far below our previous experiences, and in our opinion, it was definitely not worth €150 per night.

Fantastic hotel, we couldn’t fault it. We had an upgraded superior room with sea view, worth the extra. Spotlessly clean everywhere inside and out. Immaculately manicured gardens. Lovely pool area with direct access to swim in sea from beach or prom. Lovely indoor spa pool. We were Bed and Breakfast, food was superb Service excellent. Amazing location on a lively high street where you are spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants. Would definitely return!

Lovely hotel. Standard room a bit on small side but quite adequate. Plenty storage space. Hotel always kept clean. Free use of spa facilities whilst staying. Always plenty of sunbeds around, set by a gorgeous bay. Loads of restaurants around to choose from.

Just returned from a fabulous 14 night stay at Palmon Bay. There isn't a lot I can say apart from it was a wonderful experience. We did have an issue early on but the mark of a great hotel is that they dealt with it professionally and quickly. I am an early riser so I managed my walking before breakfast and my wife her jogs as well (it's very safe). Breakfast superb and staff. Rest of day we we did nothing but sit in the comfy sun loungers and sip beverages. Staff again brilliant but special mention to Ohran who was brilliant. We didn't eat in hotel in evening but every other night got a taxi to Herceg Novi. The hotel will ring for one and for us we would rather pay the 4 euros than the 3 for the bus. We walked back. Love this hotel and back 3 days and missing it already. Thank you so much one and all.
