We had the pleasure of staying at the Pandanus Resort, and it was a wonderful experience from the very first moment. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and I want to especially highlight our waiter, Quoc, who attended to us with a smile and exceptional service throughout our stay. **Accommodation:** The rooms are spacious and comfortable, decorated in a style that reflects the local culture. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the private balcony overlooking the gardens was a great bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. **Facilities:** The resort features various amenities, including multiple pools, a spa, and direct access to the beach. The common areas are beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. **Food:** The dining options are diverse and delicious. We enjoyed both local and international dishes, and each meal was a culinary delight. Quoc was particularly attentive, recommending the best options on the menu. **Activities:** Pandanus offers a variety of activities, from water sports to excursions in the area. The location is ideal for exploring Mui Ne and its famous sand dunes. **Conclusion:** I highly recommend Pandanus Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Mui Ne. The customer service is top-notch, and the all staff made our stay even more special. I definitely hope to return in the future.

We have an absolutely wonderful experience here, thanks to the incredible staff! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to the amazing staff member who took care of us (Nhon your are amazing)—she immediately greeted us with a smile, handed us the menus, and invited us to make ourselves comfortable. She even went above and beyond by offering to bring our drinks directly to our sun loungers so we could just relax. This kind of thoughtful and attentive hospitality is exactly what makes Vietnam so special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The resort is a but far our from the centre, but does have a shuttle service. Given the private beach and the area, I would expect most resorts withaa private beach to be far away from the city centre. The rooms themselves were quite comfortable and we had a couple of good night’s rest here. The water pressure was fantastic and overall the room quality was good while not being too outstanding. The standout feature here are the facilities in the resort, there are three pool tables, a large gym, and very nice tennis court among two pools. There are a few restaurants here, with one of them being opened 24/7 also being where breakfast is held. The staff were extremely attentive and highly professional. Overall this was a great experience, and if it wasn’t for the ongoing rain we would have spent a lot of the time in the tennis court as well. Oh and the breakfast was abundant, with the pasta dishes particularly nice.

Wonderful place at a reasonable price. - Service is excellent, be it at the reception, the restaurant or the bar. Special thanks here to Vinh and Hiêú who were amazing at the bar! And all speak pretty good English, from my pov better than in other resorts. - Beautiful ambience and 2 large pools. The larger of them measures 50m in length, so you can even do some real swimming. Beach is nice, however, a bit shallow, as you can hardly swim much away from the beach because there are fisher boats. Good for kids though. - Food is good. And Mui Ne also offers alternatives (Mr Crab!). Yes, this is not in walking distance, but takes you 10 minutes and 5 bucks with a grab. Also, the resort offers a free shuttle in the evening. - They take care about details. You know, other resorts might also offer Pool billiard or ping pong, but very often things do not work anymore, rackets are missing etc. Not so here. All in good state, and the ping pong table even in room with air conditioning. All in all, very recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Luong, the sports coach, was definitely the highlight of my stay! He was so kind, patient and helpful when teaching me different sports, and he made my stay much more fun and interesting. He was truly the best! 😅🏸 A big thank you also to Danh, the bellman, for being so helpful and informative, and to Kimchi from F&B for always being so friendly and smiling. Amazing experience I would definitely come back!
