We have an absolutely wonderful experience here, thanks to the incredible staff! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to the amazing staff member who took care of us (Nhon your are amazing)—she immediately greeted us with a smile, handed us the menus, and invited us to make ourselves comfortable. She even went above and beyond by offering to bring our drinks directly to our sun loungers so we could just relax. This kind of thoughtful and attentive hospitality is exactly what makes Vietnam so special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The resort is a but far our from the centre, but does have a shuttle service. Given the private beach and the area, I would expect most resorts withaa private beach to be far away from the city centre. The rooms themselves were quite comfortable and we had a couple of good night’s rest here. The water pressure was fantastic and overall the room quality was good while not being too outstanding. The standout feature here are the facilities in the resort, there are three pool tables, a large gym, and very nice tennis court among two pools. There are a few restaurants here, with one of them being opened 24/7 also being where breakfast is held. The staff were extremely attentive and highly professional. Overall this was a great experience, and if it wasn’t for the ongoing rain we would have spent a lot of the time in the tennis court as well. Oh and the breakfast was abundant, with the pasta dishes particularly nice.

My experience staying here is absolutely great, the food is great, the view is great, the resort is located at a place where it is not too crowded and there's plenty of vendors and restaurants outside. The room that I stayed in is absolutely beautiful with great view and amenities (the water and snack in the room is free), also there's a bathtub which is awesome for me. However, there are some negatives, firstly it's lack of air conditioning in the game room, I was playing billiard with one of my friends and I have to say, it is burning hot in there, in addition all of the billiard tables in the resort is not well maintained, there are dust all around and on the inside of the table, also the cues in use isn't the greatest. Secondly, there are some reported complaints about the bidet sprayers in the toilet of each room, mine personally turns into a gun, it got 3 modes, automatic, semi-automatic or "I'm out for the rest of the night" so it is kind of annoying. Overall, Pandanus is a great resort to reside for me and besides all of the drawbacks I've experienced above, I really encourage any southerners to come and enjoy your vacation here.

I would NOT recommend this hotel for elderly/pregnant/families with few young kids, because: 1. There is no priority for those people. Many times a day we called for a car to bring us around, and we were always waiting for long time, sometimes staff ask us to walk, and it was very sad, cause I am heavily pregnant and cannot walk by myself far. I had to repeat it every time we asked for a car. When I raised it up to the senior receptionist, she had absolutely zero empathy and indirectly said that priority is not given. It is rude. At least she could pretend she cares to leave a good impression and make guest feel welcomed. 2. The territory is big and it is super hot in June. It is really hard to get to pool/restaurant/beach if you are not in good health. No wind around the resort. It is also very hot inside the restaurant during breakfast. 3. Pools are too warm. I couldn’t swim in them being pregnant. Something should be done to cool the water down. But: 1. The private beach is very clean and nice. 2. Breakfast has many options. 3. The exterior and vibe of the resort is awesome.

Thank you Truong for your lovely and kind service. We booked externally to come eat the seafood buffet due to so many good reviews. It definitely loved up to our expectations. I would consider staying at Pandanus if we decide to visit Mui Ne again!
