My only regret is not staying longer! The hotel is located on the island’s northern end, which makes getting there a bit of an adventure. If you’re traveling from Krabi or Phuket, the hotel offers a boat + taxi shuttle service for an additional 1,000–1,500 baht which will bring you straight to the hotel pier. Alternatively, you can rent a scooter in town, though the road to the property is unpaved and can be tricky for beginners. My first impression was the staff, who were nothing short of exceptional. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The room itself was spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. My favorite part was the private patio, where you can relax and watch native hornbills in the distance. As for dining, there are two main restaurants on the property: a seafood restaurant and an Italian restaurant, though I only had the chance to try the first one. The menu was somewhat limited, but every dish was thoughtfully prepared and executed with love, which was actually impressive The hotel bar, Sundowners, also offers a lovely happy hour. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. The property and its surroundings are stunning, the wildlife is abundant, and the atmosphere is incredibly serene. Once you arrive, time seems to slow down and before you know it, leaving this place becomes very hard.

Parade is well named, the hotel is straight out of one of those rom coms with Jennifer Anderson or Adam Sandler. You are transferred from the mainland by speed boat and met at the jetty by a golf cart which takes you to reception & then your room. My room looked out over the stunning bay, with the ample bed positioned to take full advantage of the view through the glass frontage. Outside, the room had a huge private balcony with an outdoor shower, comfortable, covered seating area complete with swing chair, two arm chairs & table, all cooled with a remote control ceiling fan. To the front of the balcony there was an infinity plunge pool & jacuzzi. Inside was equipped with air-conditioning, an amply stocked minibar & wine fridge, tea & coffee making, TV and a Bluetooth clock/speaker to play your own music. The rest of the hotel has an excellent pool, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, spa, lots of comfortable seating & sunbeds. All of the staff were excellent, cheerful & very helpful and they learnt quickly about your food & drink preferences. Several of the staff spoke fluent English. On the beach, there wer several nice touches, like a huge swing strung between palm trees, several hammocks and bird feeding stations for the local hornbills. I was on B&B, which was excellent, other meals were available between 11am & 10pm the food was very good and not overly expensive - they also arranged special themed buffet nights, which were a little more costly. The bar service was very good and the cocktails were excellent, you had to wait a short while for service - but there is nothing to rush for. I stayed as a solo traveller for the middle 4 days of a 21 day trip - it gave me an excellent opportunity to relax & catch my breath, but, being on my own, 4 days was sufficient. This is an excellent destination for a honeymoon or family gathering but be prepared to make your own entertainment. I didn't leave the resort, but there is a bus you can book for the local village, and there are various other trips. Sports equipment, including kayaks and paddleboards are complementary. I did have 86 steps to climb to my room, so check if you have mobility issues. All in all an amazing first impression backed up by a very pleasant stay - couldn't fault the place or the staff.

We had the most perfect vacation at this hotel in Thailand. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The - made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and always smiling. No matter what we needed, they were there to assist and took care of everything quickly and professionally. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the activities offered by the hotel were fun and well-organized. I especially want to highlight Boom, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Throughout our entire stay, she constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and asked if we needed anything. Whenever we had questions, needed advice, or required help with arrangements, she handled everything immediately and with genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and attentive-she truly stands out. Boom is exactly the kind of employee any hotel should value, retain, and use as an example when training others. She made a huge difference in our experience, and we are incredibly grateful. We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise Resort Koh Yao Noi is a real paradise - one of the most luxurious and special 5-star hotels I have ever stayed at in Thailand. First of all, a Huge Thank You to Mr. Urs Aebi, the General Manager, whose hospitality is truly top-notch. You can immediately feel the difference when a resort is led by someone genuinely passionate, present, and focused on guest experience. His leadership towards his team and attention to detail makes the whole stay feel warm, personal, and very well managed. From the moment you arrive, everything feels calm, exclusive, and beautifully curated - the remote location, the nature, the silence, and the incredible sea views. The resort is perfectly integrated into the hillside, with charming villas and studios that feel private and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the views are absolutely dreamy (especially in the morning). The beach is stunning, soft sand, and the water is a crystal-clear green - perfect for swimming and relaxing. The service is outstanding: incredibly friendly staff, everything is perfectly organized, and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. The food is delicious, the beach bar is amazing, and the resort also offers great activities such as spa treatments, yoga, kayaking, and island hopping tours. This paradise gem truly allowed us to disconnect completely and enjoy Thailand in the most peaceful and luxurious way. Highly recommended - we will definitely return!

Words can't describe and photographs can't fully depict how wonderful Paradise Resort Koh Yao is. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the polite, caring and attentive service, which was maintained by every member of staff throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, cosy yet modern with a wonderful plunge pool. The view was pure magic. Opening the blinds to the sunrise each morning, whilst hornbills flew by, was a view we will never forget. Every meal was lovely, and the breakfast was perfect too. I hope we can return again in the not so distant future.
