My only regret is not staying longer! The hotel is located on the island’s northern end, which makes getting there a bit of an adventure. If you’re traveling from Krabi or Phuket, the hotel offers a boat + taxi shuttle service for an additional 1,000–1,500 baht which will bring you straight to the hotel pier. Alternatively, you can rent a scooter in town, though the road to the property is unpaved and can be tricky for beginners. My first impression was the staff, who were nothing short of exceptional. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The room itself was spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. My favorite part was the private patio, where you can relax and watch native hornbills in the distance. As for dining, there are two main restaurants on the property: a seafood restaurant and an Italian restaurant, though I only had the chance to try the first one. The menu was somewhat limited, but every dish was thoughtfully prepared and executed with love, which was actually impressive The hotel bar, Sundowners, also offers a lovely happy hour. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. The property and its surroundings are stunning, the wildlife is abundant, and the atmosphere is incredibly serene. Once you arrive, time seems to slow down and before you know it, leaving this place becomes very hard.

First of all, the location is absolutely spectacular. It's everything we wanted and hoped for a paradise trip. The staff has been very attentive and helpful and the service incredible. Another very important thing for us is the food. Paradise koh yao noi has really good food. The different locations of Thai restaurant, Italian restaurant, and of course the bar provided a very cozy atmosphere. Speaking of rooms, the staff gave us an upgrade to a deluxe suite with an incredible view which we enjoyed to the fullest. It's not cheap to stay here (although the prices for food are very reasonable) but it is differently worth it and good value for the money you pay. We will definitely consider coming back here. So relaxing and what a gorgeous view. ... And the breakfast buffet is really good compared to other resorts ❤️

We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill, what a bird, they are incredible, surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen. One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box, something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site.We know from extensive experience visiting this area that hotels take advantage of the low season to carry out this construction. For example, at the resort on Koh Kradan, where I'm writing this review and which we've visited for the last three years, new rooms are only built when occupancy is low, never when they're full. It's truly disrespectful.

Paradise Resort Koh Yao Noi is a real paradise - one of the most luxurious and special 5-star hotels I have ever stayed at in Thailand. First of all, a Huge Thank You to Mr. Urs Aebi, the General Manager, whose hospitality is truly top-notch. You can immediately feel the difference when a resort is led by someone genuinely passionate, present, and focused on guest experience. His leadership towards his team and attention to detail makes the whole stay feel warm, personal, and very well managed. From the moment you arrive, everything feels calm, exclusive, and beautifully curated - the remote location, the nature, the silence, and the incredible sea views. The resort is perfectly integrated into the hillside, with charming villas and studios that feel private and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the views are absolutely dreamy (especially in the morning). The beach is stunning, soft sand, and the water is a crystal-clear green - perfect for swimming and relaxing. The service is outstanding: incredibly friendly staff, everything is perfectly organized, and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. The food is delicious, the beach bar is amazing, and the resort also offers great activities such as spa treatments, yoga, kayaking, and island hopping tours. This paradise gem truly allowed us to disconnect completely and enjoy Thailand in the most peaceful and luxurious way. Highly recommended - we will definitely return!

This resort truly is paradise. It's located on a remote, chilled and exotic area of Koh Yao Noi. It has a secluded, soft sandy beach which backs up onto lush, beautiful tropical foliage. The beach slopes gently, is lined with coconut trees and has crystal clear green water to bask in. There are only two resorts in this little corner of the island (Paradise Koh Yao and the Tree House Resort). The area is set up to enable guests to switch off while being treated to lovely cocktails, delicious Thai and Western food, the most beautiful beach and fabulous sightseeing trips straight from the hotel pier. My room was 334 which was tucked away amongst banana plants, palm fans, coconut trees and other emerald green tropical vegetation. At night or early in the morning, sit on your balcony on your hanging swing and enjoy the melodies and chatter of Hornbills, frogs, crickets and monkeys. On the beach at night, look up and gaze at the night sky because the stars and their constellations are very clear and bright and feel so close. The rooms are very spacious and are set up for privacy with their black mirrored windows and screened semi-outdoor showers. It's refreshing to be able to shower with the breeze to keep you cool. The hotel has its own speed boats so your excursions go straight from the hotel shore with other hotel guests for company. No large busy crowds or queues to endure. There is also a deep blue, lagoon-like pool that overlooks the beach; it is lovely. The nighttime is relaxed and you can enjoy a meal or drinks under the stars, close to the beach and its gentle breeze. Sometimes there was chilled entertainment such as a singer, dancers or the manager's bonfire and canapes. Special thanks to Jaew at the sun down bar for his attentive and friendly service! All the staff at this resort go above and beyond to provide great service. The hotel owners should be proud of them all. My shuttle boat from the hotel back to Phuket was on time and very fast. I was the only guest on the boat so I felt like it was a private service which was amazing! My luggage was whizzed down there and loaded up and the hotel boatmen were amazing. They even picked me up on the buggy from the breakfast room to ensure that I boarded without any effort at all. Very thoughtful lovely young men. Loved this place and recommend it 1000%. It was a pleasure to be here and as a lone female traveller, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Thank you so much. It was a dream to be here and I feel very privileged to have enjoyed it. My mum died just a few months ago and it gave me some time and space to try to heal. I felt tearful when I left this resort today and hope to go back soon.
