Lost for words, what an amazing resort. Every small detail has been thoroughly considered and it really shows. Perfect facilities, everything you could possibly need can be found at this resort. Amazing staff, extremely attentative and lovely. Beautiful views, rooms, dining, pools and much more. The breakfast is wonderful and so is the dinner options. Close to local town for alternative dining and a convenient 7/11 shop. Would reccomend this resort to anyone considering a visit to Koh Lanta!

We had an incredible stay at Pimalai. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that this place is truly special—it feels less like a traditional hotel and more like a very private sanctuary surrounded by nature. The villas are beautifully designed (the wooden architecture and the canopy bed are a dream!) and thought out down to the smallest detail. If you are looking for absolute tranquility, genuine luxury, and unobtrusive yet perfect service, this is exactly the right place. An absolute highlight on Koh Lanta. We will definitely be back!

This resort made our Thailand trip one of the most beautiful trips we’ve ever had. It’s truly the perfect place to explore, unwind and have a beautiful place to call home while discovering Thailand. We especially loved the huge private beach, the delicious food, the incredibly kind and caring staff, and the beautiful sunset views from our villa. The resort also offers wonderful experiences, from kayaking to elephant tours, allowing you to discover and connect with a different side of Thailand. Our stay at Pimalai was truly exceptional from start to finish. My family and I were deeply touched by the warmth, kindness, and high level of professionalism shown by every single staff member. A special mention must go to Ms. Phen, the manager who was amazingly helpful and resolved our issue instantly with genuine care and grace. We were also blown away by the driver Mr Aod during our departure; he went above and beyond during our airport transfer to ensure we were fully looked after every step of the way. The resort itself was impeccably clean, and the hospitality we experienced was simply unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for welcoming us so warmly and taking such wonderful care of my family. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This was our first time in this hotel. Some mixed feelings and things to be improved, but overall a great resort. I recommend booking the pool villas rather than the suites, particularly for families. GREAT THINGS: - Beauty of the entire resort, perfectly designed and maintained. - The extraordinary service of its staff, professional and caring, particularly with our son Nico :) - Quality and diversity of the breakfast. - The accommodation (villa with pool). - Very correct prices for their restaurants, particularly in comparison with other 5* resorts, they don't search to screw you. - Great quality of the food, particularly for dinners. TO BE IMPROVED: - Some more attention to details needed, e.g. a little something (fruit, small biscuits etc) every night, particularly for long stays (as of 4-5 nights) - If I were the management, I would avoid giving old villas to clients for long stays, even if they are new. We were given the villa 901, which was from the 90s... We asked for a change and the new villa was just great! :) Particular thanks to the breakfast team serving us every morning of the week at the Seven Seas restaurant, all very attentive and caring with our son Nico! :) Looking forward to our Summer stay in 2027! :) Oscar, Stefan, and Nico
