Wonderful hotel! I would say it's more on the smaller side of an all inclusive hotel, but it did not feel like it was lacking. The service from staff was great, especially at meal times. The waiters are very attentive and clear your plates quite quickly. They also respond to any accidents from people dropping food or plates at lightning speed to. The food at meal times was of good quality. The private beach area had lots of sun loungers and also around the main pool. There is a nice sized playground and the kids club runs throughout the day! So if the child is old enough and wants to spend time away from parents and do their own kid activities then there's plenty on. Ours prefers to stick with us more for snorkelling and swimming, but did take part in face painting and the daily kids disco. Overall highly recommend this hotel for an all inclusive get away for a few days, and the convenience store at the entrance of the hotel is very well stocked with pretty much everything you need including souveniers. The only areas of improvement I would say are the rooms. They are clean, but not the most modern. There were no USB sockets to charge phones etc, so glad we brought our own adapters. The location is a good distance away from the airport, we rented a car and the drive took around 35 - 40 minutes from the airport, but it also means it's really quiet and tranquil.

We have now visited Potidea Palace for the third time, and once again we are absolutely delighted with everything this hotel has to offer. Everything is so well designed and convenient that we truly believe it is one of the best places for a family holiday with children. Last year, we thought the food was excellent, but this year it was even better. It’s wonderful to see that the hotel continues to improve every season rather than simply maintaining its already high standards. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, Ira, for her wonderful hospitality, kindness, and genuine attention throughout our stay. She always made us feel so welcome . Special thanks also to Albert. Whenever you ask for his help, no matter how big or small the request, he takes care of it immediately. He is exactly the kind of manager every hotel hopes to have. And a big thank you to Victoria, the reservations manager, for helping us with our room booking. Just a couple of days before our arrival, she kindly offered us several room options and helped us find the best one for our family. We really appreciated her help and how quickly and thoughtfully she handled everything. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

This hotel has officially become my annual holiday destination. After many years, I can honestly say that I have finally found a place where I cannot find a single thing to complain about - and for someone as demanding and detail-oriented as I am, that says a lot. The food is outstanding, not only delicious but also prepared in a healthy and balanced way, which is something I truly appreciate. Every meal was a pleasure. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sea. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort is absolutely impeccable. Everything is spotless and extremely well maintained. What impressed me most is the attention to detail and the consistently high standards in every aspect of the hotel. It is rare to find a place that excels in food, cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and service all at the same time, but this hotel does exactly that. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We had a very pleasant vacation with our familly. The rooms were spacios and clean, the food and afmosphere was great. The beach is sandy but with some small stones. The entrance in the water is ok ( not that smooth for small childrens). Also the in the water there are some big stones areas, and recomand to have water shoes with you. The personnel was nice but it will be a plus if they know a little bit of english, we had some lingvistic barrier in that area and difficulty in comunicating, expecially in the dinnig area.
