I recently stayed at Premier Inn near Dubai Airport, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to Soc, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. She was extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the overall environment was welcoming. Whether for business or vacation, I highly recommend Premier Inn Dubai to anyone looking for great service and friendly staff. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Very convenient for the airport. Regular shuttle service. Helpful staff. Special thanks to Nirmal, the very helpful, polite pool attendant, also the lovely helpful cleaner of our room ..Soc and lastly Fatima who helped organise our last night out with transport there and back. Breakfast was also good but the sports bar setting, being the only choice for a meal in the evening ,wasn't pleasant.

Five stars without hesitation!!! The entire team at this hotel truly works for the guests, their hospitality is far above the average level found in most hotels. The location is excellent and very strategic in Dubai, with convenient guest parking. The front desk is always available, kind, and ready to help with anything. Inside the hotel there is a Costa Coffee with fantastic attendants, and the restaurant offers very good dishes. The breakfast changes daily, giving guests variety instead of repeating the same options. The staff at the pool and the housekeeping team are extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, I cannot record the names of all staff members, but I want all of them to be recognized. Today I have the lucky to met Elaisa, a team member who truly understands the importance of hospitality and represents the brand with pride and professionalism. A great stay from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The swimming pool area was amazing, and Mr. Nirmal, the lifeguard, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. His professionalism and support made our experience even better. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, the swimming facilities and service are highly recommended.
