Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations in every way. We would especially like to mention Ngoan, the supervisor at the restaurant on the 1st floor, together with the entire team. Everyone was highly professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The service was exceptional and always fully guest-oriented. A very special thank you also goes to Dung from housekeeping and the entire cleaning team. The cleanliness throughout the whole hotel was absolutely impeccable and maintained with great care and attention to detail. Such professionalism is very rare to find — even in Germany, we hardly experience this level of excellence. Thank you for your amazing work! The sauna area was also a perfect place to relax. We would like to compliment the very friendly gentleman working there — unfortunately, we missed his name — who did a fantastic job and made the experience even more enjoyable with his kindness and professionalism. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Every department delivered true 5-star service: exclusive, professional, and completely focused on guest satisfaction. We felt comfortable and valued at all times, and we will definitely come back again!

I would not recommend staying at Pullman Hanoi based on my recent experience. The problems started even before check-in. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel attempted to change the reservation terms, citing rate changes. One of our rooms had been booked using points, which they initially refused to honor. This created unnecessary stress before we had even arrived. On arrival, the first impression was disappointing. The hotel is undergoing renovation, and both the property and surrounding area felt untidy and unattractive. Common areas showed signs of ongoing construction, with dust, cement smells, and workers' shoe marks visible outside the elevators. The swimming pool area on the second floor lacked any food and beverage service, which was surprising for a hotel of this category. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection, but the service was inconsistent. I requested a masala omelette, and it arrived excessively oily and undercooked. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the chef responded that "this is how it is done," rather than addressing the concern. The most disappointing breakfast experience came on our final morning. Breakfast service was advertised until 10:30 AM. We had collected our food before that time and were still eating at our table. At approximately 10:45 AM, the restaurant manager asked us to vacate the table because they wanted to reset the area, despite there being dozens of empty tables available throughout the restaurant. This felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. The rooms themselves were dark, gloomy, and in need of maintenance. On the first night, the air-conditioning unit in my children's room made excessive noise, making it difficult for them to sleep. Although this was repaired the following day, our own room then developed the same issue. Even the basic bathroom amenities were frustrating to use. The soap and shampoo dispensers fixed to the wall were extremely difficult to operate, requiring repeated presses and considerable effort to dispense even a small amount. It was a small detail, but one that added to the overall feeling that guest comfort and maintenance were not receiving adequate attention. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations for a Pullman property. Between the booking issues, renovation disruption, maintenance concerns, and poor service recovery, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. There are many hotel options in Hanoi, and based on this experience, I would choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and well maintained, meeting the high standards of the Accor brand. The fitness center was well equipped, with new machines and a good variety of equipment for different types of workouts. The restaurant in the evening served delicious food, and I was very satisfied with the quality and taste. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always very helpful throughout my stay. Although the Highland Coffee shop in front of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, it did not affect my overall experience. On my early check-out day, before breakfast hours, the staff were very thoughtful and prepared a breakfast box for me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

My stay at The Pullman Hanoi was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, modern design, and exceptional service. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming. A special highlight of my visit was the service at the Executive Bar, where Huong truly stood out. Her friendly nature and helpful attitude made every interaction a pleasure. She was attentive, warm, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and genuine kindness added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend The Pullman Hanoi for both business and leisure travelers, and I can’t praise Huong enough for her exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Hanoi!

Stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nights. Service was amazing with every touch point. The reception staff Ms. Loan and Ms. Minh always have a smile for us when we walk by the reception and is very patient with our payment as we are not use to the Dong. The restaurant is where we spent a few hours every morning. The daily breakfast needs to have more variations as we would not want to eat the same food every morning. The staff at the restaurant is so attentive to our every needs. Every little move on our part catch their attention. They are so willing to help and serve us every morning. I would like to highlight a member of the team Ms. Lan Anh. She took very good care of us everyday and is always very proactive. She also gave us many pointers on places of interest in Hanoi, Sapa and Danang. She is a true ambassador to Vietnam. The Executive Lounge is lead by Ms. Tran with her team members Mai, Hieu and Nhi. They are constantly clearing our tables and always offered us more drinks and snacks. A very hardworking and dedicated team indeed. The hotel has all the necessary software. Unfortunately the hotel has showed its age and it is time for a face-lift. The impeccable customer service provided by all the staff at this hotel will always be a draw for me whenever I am in Hanoi.
