My stay at The Pullman Hanoi was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, modern design, and exceptional service. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming. A special highlight of my visit was the service at the Executive Bar, where Huong truly stood out. Her friendly nature and helpful attitude made every interaction a pleasure. She was attentive, warm, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and genuine kindness added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend The Pullman Hanoi for both business and leisure travelers, and I can’t praise Huong enough for her exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Hanoi!

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Pullman Hanoi. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. Viet and Kien from the Concierge team were very dedicated in helping me find a good restaurant. Nice service at reception at fitness center. Reception let me check out late as I was sick. Attentive service from Long and Duong in fitness center. Will come back. Small feedback that reception attitude during check in and out would have been more friendlier, lack of cheerful attitude and thank-you. I was not charged with 2m VND deposit as usual for services so I had to pay when using dinner service. Time operations of breakfast and other services were not advised during check-in. It seems reception service has gone down since I was frequently staying here during 2018-2019.
