I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and well maintained, meeting the high standards of the Accor brand. The fitness center was well equipped, with new machines and a good variety of equipment for different types of workouts. The restaurant in the evening served delicious food, and I was very satisfied with the quality and taste. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always very helpful throughout my stay. Although the Highland Coffee shop in front of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, it did not affect my overall experience. On my early check-out day, before breakfast hours, the staff were very thoughtful and prepared a breakfast box for me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

They consistently went above and beyond what was required of them, and the level of service was truly outstanding. The team was extremely helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests, which made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. A special thank you to Quinh and Van, who took exceptional care of me every day. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Staying at Pullman Hanoi felt like checking into a place that says, “Yes, you’re an adult with responsibilities… but also, would you like a very comfortable bed and zero stress?” It’s classy, calm, and confidently smooth — like it wears a blazer but loosens the tie after sunset. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and so comfortable that you briefly consider canceling sightseeing plans just to lie there and stare at the ceiling in peace. The beds deserve a standing ovation — I slept so well I woke up unsure of the country I was in (10/10 disorientation). Breakfast is a serious affair here. Wide spread, great variety, and enough options to make you overly ambitious on plate number one. The staff are professional, warm, and efficient — the kind of people who solve problems before you even realize you had one. The hotel has a relaxed, upscale vibe without being intimidating. Whether you’re here for work or travel, it handles both personalities beautifully. And after a long day in chaotic Hanoi traffic, coming back here feels like pressing the mute button on the city.

Such a great hotel. As a person who works in a luxury hotel also a vietnamese whos live in london I would recommend you to visit, to try the hotel. Service was excellent and welcoming also trust me vietnamese always friendly to guests. The room was great and the price was comfortable. Love it, I will come back next year. Had an excellent experience at the Hanoi Pullman Hotel. What i loved most was the staff being so super kind and accommodating towards us. Their hard work and friendly disposition makes Vietnam a place ro return to. A special thank you goes to the beautiful Hai Ngoan, one of the hostesses who was especially kind and helpful and gave suggestions when we had a leisure day. Her English is superb and made out stay memorable. A home away from home in South Africa Exquisite experience and a must visit hotel and country.....❤️❤️❤️
