Wow, the hotel location is absolutely amazing! The room feels like a true gift — especially with that beautiful sea view. The staff are incredibly welcoming and genuinely attentive. The service is on a very high level — they really go the extra mile and take care of their guests. My flight was changed and I had to arrive very early, and they kindly offered me a complimentary early check-in, which I truly appreciated.

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Radisson Baku was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views right from the room—you can enjoy both the serene Caspian Sea and the iconic Flame Towers, which look especially stunning at night. The ambience of the hotel is excellent, creating a very relaxing and premium experience throughout our stay. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant stay. What impressed us the most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options to start the day perfectly. Honestly, we did not find a single negative aspect during our stay. Everything—from location, views, service, to food—was simply top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku!

Great hotel with an excellent location in Baku—everything is within easy reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast could be improved slightly, but overall the experience was very positive. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at Radisson Hotel in Baku for couple of nights and it was amazing. Nice, clean, big rooms with a view of the city. Great breakfast and good food at the restaurant of the hotel. Super friendly staff read to help you whenever you need something. The location it's perfect, right on the Boulevard with a mall and a big park near it. From the windows you can see the beautiful Caspaian sea and the entire city. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at was from 22nd March to 25th March. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would rate it 4 stars, which is fair for a four-star hotel. Everything was great in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall environment. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the restaurant staff was highly trained, professional, and attentive. One thing I actually appreciated was that the hotel staff did not disturb guests unnecessarily—no frequent knocking or calling for different services, which made the stay quite peaceful and relaxing. However, one noticeable drawback was the absence of a bell boy. For a hotel of this standard, having someone to assist with luggage is expected, and this is something they should definitely improve. Apart from that, all other aspects were good and up to the mark.
