Our recent ten-day stay at your establishment, coinciding with WUF13, was highly satisfactory. The hotel's central location provides convenient access to the city's main attractions. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the proximity to shopping centers, parks, and dining options. The views of Baku from the hotel were also a significant highlight of our experience. We would like to offer a suggestion for improvement regarding the breakfast offerings. Enhancing the variety and introducing a rotational menu would significantly elevate the dining experience. Additionally, we found the hotel's location to be ideal for individuals who enjoy running.

The hotel was fabulous! The hotel staff were excellent. Eldar, Yusif and Sofia and the other staff at the front desk were exceptional. Eldar went out of his way to ensure every one of my needs were met with patience, courtesy and kindness, Yussuf spent ages trying to organize my wifi - even after his shift had ended and Sofia was great it’s helping to organize some tours etc I cannot speak highly enough of Eldar and the others!

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Radisson Baku was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views right from the room—you can enjoy both the serene Caspian Sea and the iconic Flame Towers, which look especially stunning at night. The ambience of the hotel is excellent, creating a very relaxing and premium experience throughout our stay. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant stay. What impressed us the most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options to start the day perfectly. Honestly, we did not find a single negative aspect during our stay. Everything—from location, views, service, to food—was simply top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku!

We stayed at Radisson Hotel in Baku for couple of nights and it was amazing. Nice, clean, big rooms with a view of the city. Great breakfast and good food at the restaurant of the hotel. Super friendly staff read to help you whenever you need something. The location it's perfect, right on the Boulevard with a mall and a big park near it. From the windows you can see the beautiful Caspaian sea and the entire city. I highly recommend it.
