We had an amazing staycation at Radisson Blu Resort, Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The entire experience was wonderful, with excellent facilities, warm hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr. Sunil Adimari for his outstanding assistance during our check-in process. He completed all the formalities efficiently and arranged an early check-in, ensuring that we experienced no delays and could start enjoying our stay right away. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes and high-quality service. The staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay special. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We booked a two-night stay expecting a relaxing family holiday, but the experience was highly disappointing from the very start. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room with a view that was far from relaxing. When I requested a room change, the front desk agent declined, rigidly citing our room category. The room itself felt entirely too small for a family option, and the lack of attention to detail was glaring. The sink was dirty when we arrived, there were no tissues, only a single bottle of water was provided, and the bidet had incredibly low water pressure. While the air conditioning worked fine, the property overall showed immediate signs of poor maintenance. Our dining and evening experiences on the first day only added to our frustration. Dinner was highly disappointing, featuring a very poor food selection that desperately needs improvement; I ended up only having a coffee and some noodles from the noodle bar. Later, I had a couple of beers at the bar, and while families should note that children are not allowed in the bar area after 10:00 PM, that policy was perfectly fine with us. To cap off the evening, we found that the beach was already closed during the evening hours. Day two brought a slight improvement in service during breakfast, which was decent, though the buffet still missed the mark for a family resort. There were no chocolate cereals available for the kids, and the sausages were massive—they really should be cut into bite-sized portions for a buffet setting. Unfortunately, the day quickly derailed due to severe internal communication issues and major maintenance failures. Housekeeping completely botched our requests; when we asked for four pairs of slippers, they only brought two, and a separate call for two tissue boxes resulted in only one being delivered. The most concerning observations involved the facilities and basic safety. Both main swimming pools were closed for maintenance, leaving only the small beach-side pool open. Shockingly, the swimming pool ladder handle was unscrewed and completely loose, creating a genuine safety hazard for guests. Furthermore, management reopened the pool to the public immediately after cleaning it without any buffer time, leaving the water visibly cloudy. Our final verdict is that this property suffers from low maintenance, lacks basic attention to detail, and does not offer any value for money. It was a complete waste of our time and is not a viable holiday option. Because of these compounding issues, we escalated our concerns to management, demanded a full refund, and checked out early.

We truly appreciated the early check-in provided by the hotel, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. We had a full board package, and the food experience was excellent throughout our stay. The meals were absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Mr. Sunil Adimari for his excellent service and warm hospitality. He was very attentive, polite, and always ready to help, making our stay extra special. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay in Ras Al Khaimah!
