We had a truly unforgettable 3-night, 4-day stay at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor. What made this stay so special was not only the beauty of the hotel itself, but also the wonderful people who created such memorable moments for us. At Legendary Libations, Bartender Loeuy gave us a delightful experience through Raffles’ signature cocktail culture, including the story and making of the Angkor Sling. During the Sommelier Session, Sommelier Socheata guided us through a beautiful wine journey with warmth, knowledge, and elegance. In The Untold Stories, Butler Nun Tha introduced us to the rich history and heritage of this iconic hotel, making the building feel even more alive and meaningful. Their exceptional hospitality stayed with us throughout the entire visit. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Kosal, our breakfast server. During our three mornings of enjoying the excellent and delicious breakfast, he remembered our preferred table, always welcomed us with a warm smile, brought our drinks with care, and even shared stories about the little birds walking around the restaurant. Thanks to him, breakfast was never just a meal — it became one of the most charming parts of our stay. Beyond the wonderful service, the hotel itself was magnificent. The swimming pool was beautiful, the jacuzzi and spa were perfect for recovery and relaxation, and the live piano music in the lobby lounge each evening created a truly elegant atmosphere. Dinner at Restaurant 1932 was excellent, the staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind and professional, and the antique charm of the historic building itself was simply breathtaking. As we left after four happy days, our hearts were full of gratitude and beautiful memories. Thank you once again to the entire team at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor for making our stay so special. We would be very happy to return.

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Angkor in Siem Reap, and among many luxury hotels we’ve experienced, this one stands out as the best in terms of service. The team consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Traveling with two young children, we went out early for sunrise, and the chef thoughtfully prepared breakfast backpacks for us so the kids would not get hungry during the trip . A detail that truly made a difference and showed exceptional care. A special thank you to Mehdi, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really elevated the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially relaxing by the pool and enjoying the excellent drinks. Everything felt easy, welcoming, and very well taken care of from start to finish. A truly memorable stay — highly recommended for families and anyone looking for warm, attentive service in Siem Reap.

Fabulous hotel, great rooms, lovely staff, food awesome! Biggest hotel pool I've ever seen! Best hotel in Siem Reap I reckon! 4 stars for me though due to an irritating finish to our visit! I asked if my son and 2 nephews, who were backpacking and staying in nearby hostal, could come and have some drinks, an evening meal with us and use the pool for an hour. No problem with the drinks and meal but if they want to use the pool there would be a $20 fee each. Made it feel like a cheap (expensive) water park to me. I would have had no issue if they said 'no, guests only' or 'yes, but they will have to leave if it gets busy'. But $20 each, really!! The pool area was completely empty at the time!! So, we ended up going out and met the boys in Siem Reap for drinks and food, loosing the Hotel properly $500 in revenue!!! That ramble over, it is a fabulous hotel and we will be back!!!!

What a fabulous hotel! The service of every individual there was the ultimate in pampering and luxury. While staying there, you can picture the old days when people had to take boats on her Mekong River, to them ride in an ox cart or on an elephant and travel for weeks to get there to meet with the king. The hotel is super luxurious, the decor is fascinating, the elevator may be the coolest thing ever, and he rooms felt like a spa retreat with a delightful bed and a great night's sleep. The location was walking distance to almost everything in downtown Siem Reap, and anything else such as the temples may be reached by tuk-tuk in a few minutes. Take the tuk-tuks!! The weather can be warm and the breeze in the tuk-tuk is delightful. The whole Siem Reap, Angkor Wat and other temples experience is a bucket list item you have to have. Just wow! We may return to Siem Reap and stay in the Raffles Grand Hotel and perhaps not even visit the temples and just enjoy the city itself.
