What a place! Everything about SAii Phi Phi Island Village is fabulous. Great service throughout. Fast response to all your enquiries. The resort has a fantastic App which is constantly monitored. If you fancy walking around the village, you can do so otherwise use the available free resort transport. Fantastic room service should you choose however I feel it is always best to be in communal areas to get the vibe, meet the staff (who are always friendly and welcoming). Amazing candy beach ⛱️ with umbrellas available. There are two main types of swimming pools with the "Fun Pool" being the best of the two. Most of the services (especially restaurants) close around 10pm daily. There is always security around the premises with cameras throughout, giving you the sense of safety. In a medical emergency, the resort has a health nurse available and can summon further medical services if needed. It was such a wonderful thing to observe, the mutual understanding and working relationship between the SAii Village as well as the local villagers. As a tourist, this gave me assurance about shared resources between big businesses and the locals with mutual benefits. Thus a customer has a freedom to choose best value for money vs affordability. The location of the resort is fantastic, with a wide beach and a beautiful view to other islands nearby.

Our stay at SAii Phi Phi Island Village from February 11–14 had both positive aspects and some areas that did not meet our expectations for the price point. On the positive side, the resort is very secluded and located in a beautiful setting. The beach and sunrise views were excellent, and the overall location felt peaceful and private. The staff throughout the property were friendly and helpful, and the golf cart service made it easy to get around the large resort. The hotel also did a great job organizing transfers to and from Phuket, and the activities center offered a variety of excursions, which was a nice touch. They also provide special romantic events and private dinners, which is a nice option for couples. However, there were a few drawbacks. There was no ATM on the property, so guests need to go into the village to withdraw and exchange cash, which felt inconvenient for a resort advertised as five-star. The breakfast was just average, and the food overall was decent but not what we expected at this price level. The rooms, while comfortable, felt a bit small and could use some updating to truly match a five-star standard. At around $600 per night, we expected a higher level of luxury and refinement. I booked this hotel based on Google reviews, online photos, and the marketing, but my honest opinion is that it is closer to a true 3.5- to 4-star hotel and it did not fully meet the expectations I had from what I saw online, especially considering the price.

SAii Phi Phi is set in a truly stunning location, crystal clear water, dramatic cliffs, and beautifully maintained grounds. For us, it was a little removed from the social atmosphere we were hoping for over two nights. If we had stayed longer, we think we may have felt a bit bored, but for a short stay it was still a lovely experience. One of the highlights was the private long boat tour organised by the hotel. It was fully customisable, absolutely beautiful, and very well priced. It ended up being the best day of our stay and something we would highly recommend. The transport organised from our Phuket accommodation all the way through to SAii Phi Phi Village made the journey feel seamless and took a lot of the anxiety out of travelling between islands, which we really appreciated. The rooms themselves were very large and had everything we needed. The service and staff were consistently great and always friendly, and we especially loved the on-site coffee shop. The food on the island was fine but nothing memorable, so we didn’t eat much during our stay. One challenge we found was securing poolside beds, as towels were often left on the beds unattended all day. We’d suggest the hotel consider removing towels after around 30 minutes so more guests have a fair chance to enjoy the pool area. Overall, SAii Phi Phi is a beautiful, peaceful resort with excellent service and organisation. Perfect if you’re looking to truly switch off in paradise.

We just left the hotel and here is my honest review. It's disappointing. Prices are really high for a 5-star hotel, while the hotel itself is really outdated and in need of maintenance. Best point is the pool with the beach. The breakfast is good nothing great. The rooms themselves are not so great, very very old. Also, the photos on social media are really misleading and make them look better than they actually are. It's a shame because it has potential and the location is beautiful, but it really needs a thorough cleaning and renovation. To conclude, you dont have the services are not at the level of a 5 star hotel.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The food in the Thai restaurant on the hill was exceptional. The rooms were fabulous and the service was amazing. The people there were so welcoming (Sandra and Tanya were great at reception) and the band that played when we arrived at happy hour in the bar added lovely energy to the place. We arranged at trip to maya beach form the activity centre and enjoyed the marine centre with really interesting education on clownfish, mangroves and conservation projects. Highly recommend staying here!
