I chose Secrets Baby Beach to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and overall, it was an incredible experience that delivered luxury, warmth, and unforgettable memories. From the moment we arrived, we felt celebrated and truly cared for. Our butler, Jack, was nothing short of phenomenal, an absolute master of his craft. He anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and went out of his way to make my partner’s birthday feel extraordinary. From thoughtful surprises to seamless planning, Jack transformed our stay into a perfectly curated celebration. His level of service alone set the tone for the entire trip. The entertainment staff added nonstop joy to our experience, especially Lisa, who truly made our trip. Her energy, personality, and genuine enthusiasm were contagious. She made every activity memorable and brought so much life and laughter to our celebration. Lisa has a rare gift of making guests feel seen, included, and special. Dining across the resort was exceptional, with the staff at Oceana standing out for their attentive service. Every meal felt like an experience, and the food across all restaurants was top-tier, beautifully presented, expertly prepared, and consistently delicious. The only reason this experience wasn’t a perfect five out of five was the ocean-view side, which also has views of the construction of new Baby Beach hotels of Dreams or Breathless, which was shared with us when we did the Hyatt Unlimited presentation. I truly wish I had known this in advance, as the view was not much to look at and definitely took away from the ambiance we expected. In hindsight, we would have chosen the poolside view, which would have been far more enjoyable during this time. That said, Secrets Baby Beach still delivered an unforgettable birthday celebration filled with incredible service and lasting memories. With a little more transparency around construction views, this resort would be absolutely flawless.

This resort is stunning as all Secrets resorts are. Food is fantastic and staff is amazing. The breakfast omlete makers are fabulous. Room service and house keeping so wonderful. The resort is out of city but the drive to town is just fine with a rental and they offer bus rides twice per week. Baby beach is stunning and snorkeling is a MUST!!

Stop advertising as if u have an onsite private beach. Your “beach” was one of the reasons we booked. Clearly define there is no beach and guests have to go to a public beach and pay for food and cocktails instead of confusing it by saying you offer a local beach “ experience”. Need to upgrade food, it was good but nothing special. Went offsite for lunch and dinner both meals were 2 of the best meals we had the whole vacation-one was also your freshly made margarita pizza. Dinner buffets are a nice option when guests want a night to dress down or eat while still enjoying the pool/beach. We like to see more options to try local meals or dishes at resorts, even if it’s just a “local dinner buffets” one night a week. Resort is already pricey and all the add-ons cost too much like $400 for a romantic dinner or $150 for a cabana. Was a bigger bang for our buck to rent car and go to eagle beach and palm beach for the day. Need fun, free things onsite like other resorts have- food carts at pool area, sugar cane carts, coconut carts, pics with birds, pool tables, local vendor night with art work and jewelry for sale, etc. Having just a few daily pool games was boring. Butler service needs work. Very friendly but took 3 days to meet him, only sent the daily activity list. Did not get anything more from butler than we could have got from staff walking around. Majority of staff were very friendly but a couple girls seemed as if we were bothering them when we approached with a question, especially one of the entertainment team girls (NOT Lisa and NOT Poison Ivy). Nice to see a drink menu at bar with some cocktails or frozen drinks to try. The 24hr room service is awesome and a feature not all resorts have so definitely advertise that more.

Secrets Baby Beach — A Truly Unforgettable Experience Secrets Baby Beach exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a special trip. Let's start with the food because it deserves its own standing ovation. The buffet breakfast and lunch were outstanding, and the desserts at the buffet? Absolutely dangerous. I may or may not have made multiple trips strictly for "research purposes." The Oceania restaurant was my personal favorite, and every meal there was excellent. My only food-related suggestion would be for the cafe desserts to step up their game a bit—they just couldn't compete with the buffet's sweet masterpieces. The hibachi experience was another highlight. Our chef was so entertaining that I started wondering if she had missed her calling as a singer. Dinner and a show? Yes, please. A special shoutout goes to our butler, Sol. She was absolutely amazing and added thoughtful personal touches throughout our stay that made us feel truly valued and cared for. Honestly, she set the bar so high that future vacations have some work to do. The staff throughout the resort were exceptional—friendly, attentive, hardworking, and genuinely happy to be there. Their positive energy made every interaction enjoyable. The entertainment was fantastic. The Carnivale show was great, the live band kept the vibes flowing, the DJs kept the energy up, and the pool games were a lot of fun. Everything except bingo. Let's just say bingo and I are not currently on speaking terms. The infinity pool was beautiful, our room was spacious, and the balcony provided the perfect place to relax and soak it all in. The fitness center was fabulous, with excellent equipment and hydration stations throughout the resort. And I have to give a special shoutout to the bartenders. They were phenomenal. I'm not even much of a drinker, but somehow they managed to surprise me every single time. I eventually stopped asking questions and just trusted the process. One improvement I would suggest is better signage around the common pool area. It wasn't obvious that there were stairs in certain sections of the pool, and some of the exits can be slippery. A few signs would go a long way toward improving guest safety. This resort was so good that I am already planning my return trip next year—and for longer. Apparently one visit was not enough. In fact, my suitcase is mentally packed already and just waiting for me to catch up. Secrets Baby Beach, thank you for an incredible experience. You haven't seen the last of me.

Absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful location. Great staff. Lots of experiences and expeditions. The bay is clear as day. Awesome snorkeling and scuba diving areas. Watch out for the Atlantic trade winds and the strong currents. The rooms were clean, modern, and the balcony bath was a nice touch. The infinity pool is so relaxing. The food is of the highest quality. There is great fitness activities and instructors. Highly recommend if you want the beauty of aruba without the bustle of the north west palm beach area.
