Exceptional Service at Feast and Stunning Views, with Minor Room for Improvement. We recently stayed at the Sheraton Nha Trang and had a wonderful experience overall. The absolute highlight of our visit was the incredible hospitality at Feast Restaurant during the night buffet. Nhung (Aly) and Tien (Kaytie) from the buffet team provided standout customer service. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Another massive plus is the hotel's location, offering breathtaking, panoramic beach views that truly elevate the stay. However, there were some frustrating customer service friction points regarding how payments are handled. Instead of saving our card details on file to charge everything at check-out, the hotel required immediate payment for every individual service used. For example, they would not even release our laundry until we paid upfront. Having to constantly settle bills on the spot instead of running a room tab felt highly inconvenient for a five-star property. While these rigid payment practices were a bit disappointing, they didn't completely overshadow the otherwise excellent hospitality. We still recommend this hotel, especially for the fantastic restaurant team and the views!

We stayed at Sheraton Nha Trang for 6 nights and had an excellent overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. Location: The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, and the beach. There’s also a popular Pizza 4P’s on the ground floor, although it’s usually very busy, so reservations are highly recommended. Lobby & Facilities: The lobby has a comfortable seating area, but the check-in process was smooth and efficient, so we didn’t spend much time there. The elevators can be a little slow during peak periods on weekends when the hotel is fully occupied. We only experienced waits of more than 5 mins once or twice, so it wasn’t a major issue. The swimming pool is lovely, offering beautiful ocean views and plenty of sun loungers and seating. Room: We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 14th floor. The design feels slightly dated, but the room was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the large smart TV with Netflix and YouTube available. The room also had a balcony with beautiful views of the beach, however there were no outdoor seating. The two housekeeping ladies who looked after our room were always friendly and did a very thorough job each day. We also appreciated that on the third night of our stay, the hotel called our room to check whether everything was going well and whether we had any concerns about the room, food, or overall experience. It was a thoughtful gesture and showed that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was good overall and offered more variety than many other hotels in Nha Trang, although the selection was slightly more limited than at other Sheraton properties we have stayed at. We particularly enjoyed the fresh juice station and the live noodle station, which changed daily. However, many of the other dishes stayed the same throughout our stay, so the buffet began to feel repetitive after a few days. Some hot dishes, such as the braised chicken with mushrooms and the Vietnamese crispy pancake, did not change at all over the period. The food itself was tasty, and the restaurant staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Overall: We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Nha Trang and would gladly return. The staff are one of the hotel’s biggest strengths, and their warmth and professionalism made our stay especially enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained, and the location is excellent. We hope the hotel will consider adding more daily variety to the breakfast buffet, particularly for guests staying for several nights.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff with a particular mention of Kathy, Celia, Mike and Jolie in the Executive Lounge. Nothing was too much trouble for them during our 3 night stay. Rooms have great views of the beach and ocean. Food choices in the main restaurant are extensive whilst the executive lounge provides an impressive range of options and breakfast and evening cocktails. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

I keep watching the videos I took during my stay over and over again, even after returning to Japan, because the hospitality and warm service were truly exceptional. The female staff at the front desk were efficient, professional, and always greeted me with the most wonderful smiles. The lemongrass welcome drink was incredibly delicious, and when I mentioned it at checkout, they kindly prepared a takeaway juice for me and even explained how to make it. I was deeply touched by their kindness. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the bánh mì was especially outstanding. Since the breakfast was so delicious, I also came back for the seafood buffet in the evening. The salmon, sushi, and many other dishes were all very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nha Trang. Thank you to all the Sheraton staff for making my stay unforgettable.

The service and overall experience here is the reason we keep coming back. Rooms were comfortable with a balcony that looks out to an amazing view of the sea. We were served by Van (Wendy) at the Feast breakfast buffet who was super friendly and attentive. 10/10 recommend!!
