An absolutely wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. What truly made our holiday so special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly positioned just across the road from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful seaside setting. The day spa was another highlight, offering a wonderfully relaxing experience with spectacular views that made it even more special. Nha Trang itself is a lovely city, and staying at the Sheraton made our visit even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang and would absolutely love to return!

My Favorite Hotel in Vietnam – Sheraton Nha Trang ❤️ From Manager Michelle to Nicolas, the chef responsible for the restaurant, the entire team at Sheraton Nha Trang has made my stays here truly special. The reason I keep coming back to Sheraton whenever I visit Nha Trang is simple: the people and their exceptional service. What touches me the most is how quickly and sincerely the staff respond whenever something falls short of expectations. Rather than simply apologizing, they take action, adapt to the situation, and genuinely do their best to make sure guests are happy. Their flexibility, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly impressive. I have stayed at many five-star hotels across Vietnam, and while there are certainly many wonderful hotels out there, Sheraton Nha Trang stands out for me in every way. From service quality and response time to communication in English, I would honestly give this hotel a perfect 5 out of 5 in every category. The rooms are also excellent for the price, making the overall experience even better. Of course, a beautiful room and great facilities matter, but what makes a hotel unforgettable is how its people make you feel. The team here has consistently made me feel valued as a guest, and that is why this place has become my favorite hotel in the world. Once again, I had an absolutely wonderful stay this time, spending a full week here and leaving with nothing but great memories. A huge thank you to Michelle, Nicolas, and the entire Sheraton team for making every visit so special. You are the reason I return to this hotel year after year. My family and I had a lovely experience at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and offers breathtaking ocean views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to assist. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious food and fresh ingredients. The swimming pool was also a highlight, with amazing views of the sea and city. The location is perfect for exploring Nha Trang and enjoying the beach. Overall, we had a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nha Trang, and we would definitely love to come back!

Exceptional Service at Feast and Stunning Views, with Minor Room for Improvement. We recently stayed at the Sheraton Nha Trang and had a wonderful experience overall. The absolute highlight of our visit was the incredible hospitality at Feast Restaurant during the night buffet. Nhung (Aly) and Tien (Kaytie) from the buffet team provided standout customer service. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Another massive plus is the hotel's location, offering breathtaking, panoramic beach views that truly elevate the stay. However, there were some frustrating customer service friction points regarding how payments are handled. Instead of saving our card details on file to charge everything at check-out, the hotel required immediate payment for every individual service used. For example, they would not even release our laundry until we paid upfront. Having to constantly settle bills on the spot instead of running a room tab felt highly inconvenient for a five-star property. While these rigid payment practices were a bit disappointing, they didn't completely overshadow the otherwise excellent hospitality. We still recommend this hotel, especially for the fantastic restaurant team and the views!

We had a wonderful 11-day stay at Sheraton Nha Trang, from check-in to check-out. The Russian-speaking assistance at reception was especially convenient, and the whole team was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, cleaned very well, and the view was absolutely incredible. The rooms could use a little refreshing in some areas, but this didn’t affect our stay at all. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious and varied — even after 11 days, it never became boring! A special thank you to Nursat ❤️ His kindness and attention made our holiday even more special and truly made our stay 100% better. We loved our experience and would happily come back. Highly recommended! ❤️
